ABSOLUTELY FILTHY !!! Don't waste your money !! Just a catalogue of dirtyness !! Slats missing from the blinds. Nails sticking up in the bed frame springs poking up from the mattress. Toilet door wouldn't open properly due to sink unit behind it. No hot water filthy shower! 4 of us ended up sleeping in the sane bed and were...

Just returned home from an over night stay at this hotel and I would not recommend this to ANYONE!! Dirty, horrible, musky smell when walking through the door, same with bar area. Carpets don't fit hallways, stayed in room 5 which had a severely squeaky unstable bunk bed, which bottom bunk of bed was nearly at snapping point!! A double...

This has got to be the most disgusting hotel ever, stinks off pee, toilets were dirty and had poo over it, a family room with a single bed, a bunk bed and a pull out bed all cramped into a single room. I paid to stayed there but had to leave for another hotel a waste of money as I...

Ideal for a stay in Blackpool, especially if your out alot. Our room did have a view of the sea and the people running the place were lovely. Bed was changed daily and also a small issue with our tv was rectified immediately. Willstaying again.

Ok its not advertised as 5 star so dont expect it to be. Freindly owner who doesnt allow stag or hen parties so nice and quiet at night time. Kiddie friendly. Ok not the best decorated or modern but owner is working to bring it up to standard. Cheap prices on the bar enjoyed my stay

Staff friendly all else just average. Nice location. Have stayed at better hotels but also alot worse.Breakfasts good and all meals good portions. Weather was terrible while we were there and staff did all they could to make us comfortable while we were indoors.

If you are looking for 5 star luxury then the seaview will not be your cup of tea. If, however, like me, you are looking for somewhere with comfy, clean beds at a very reasonable price, with the pleasure beach and attractions on your doorstep, then book in with Andy at the seaview. I arrived yesterday with 2 teens, we...
