Just returned from a two night stay and can say that everything about the guest house was perfect. From arrival when we were presented with sweets and biscuits to leaving when we were given a goodie bag to see us on our journey home. The room was spotless and had lots of little extras , the choice of what you...

A stopover with the grandchild and mother in room 10. Very welcoming (and even a welcome goodie pack which the grandsons dived straight into when they arrived in the room). Room was perfect and loads of little touches that you don't even see in the more expensive hotels. Excellent for The tower , the Pleasure Beach and the trams.. Parking...

Thank you John for saying we are the best guest house in Blackpool - before we get too big-headed, there are others, most of whom we are friends with, who take the same care and consideration as we do, but we would of course prefer that you came back to us to stay! We picked this one because of its...

We went for a two night break over Easter with 2 other couples, all family. We have a fabulous time. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were very comfortable. Gill and Stuart were attentive hosts who made us all very welcome. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Blackpool.

I have just returned from a one night stay at Sutton Park with my daughter and granddaughter. Wow!!! It's always a bit of a gamble when booking somewhere unknown, but this was one that definitely paid off. Every detail has been thought of and delivered with a friendly charm by Stewart and Gill. I will be recommending to family and...

Thank you Pat - I do agree with you, it can be a bit hit and miss booking unknown accommodation, particularly in Blackpool, but generally if you book somewhere that is in the Top 50 you should be fine - there are over 911 accommodation providers in Blackpool, so there are loads to choose from and we are very pleased...

We have been to Blackpool many times for weekend breaks and I can honestly say that the Sutton Park is the best hotel we have stayed at by a mile. Both Stuart and Gill were very welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. From the Easter eggs we received on arrival, the rooms were fantastic, spotless, luxurious, everything...

Thank you Rob & Theresa - it was lovely meeting you all, and we are so pleased that you all had a great time. We have just changed over Room 9 from a twin to a Superking, which, as you noticed, came with wine and choccies and is a very popular room. Hope you managed to get the Smart TV...

This guest house exceeded all our expectations and really does quash the stigma of Blackpool guest houses. We usually stay in the Hilton but we will stay at Sutton Park for any future trips to Blackpool. The hotel is beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We were greeted by Stewart who was very friendly and explained everything to us...

So pleased that you enjoyed your couple of nights in Room 4 - it is a lovely room. We try to provide the basic essentials that our guests need in case they get caught short of anything - We even keep spare toothbrushes and toothpaste for those last minute stays, not in the rooms, but you only have to ask!...

Thank you Andrew & Claire, for taking the time to leave us a lovely review. You all seemed to enjoy yourselves, particularly the drag act in the pub at the top of the road.
