Apartments are terrible! Firstly they moved us to a bigger room asking us to pay more (didn't need 5 beds only needed 4)! The rooms had a stale smell the walls and kitchen where filthy with food splashes the fridge was yucky and this was ment for us to stay here with a 1 year old, definitely wouldn't recommend!! We...

We've been staying at King Edwards for years. Its location is fantastic, just a short stroll away from Coral Island, the town, seafront and Central Pier. The apartments have a secure car park which is unusual in Blackpool. We stayed in flat 2 this year, it has a double, bunks and a pull-down double in the lounge. The decor could...

Stayed here with my wife and 2 small children and it was perfect for us. Far enough away from the lights and noises of the main strip, but close enough to the tram stop to pop down to wherever you plan to go that day. The room was big enough for us all, decent kitchen area and shower room. I...

I booked a family room for my family (6 of us), I checked on line to see where could actually accommodate us, and with the children being 7 years old and younger, there was not a lot of accommodation available with large family room. I dealt with Richard, a very helpful man, and he sorted out the room, comprising of...

Went here with friends and had a great weekend. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the beds clean and comfy. Yes it could do with some updating but you pay for what you get and we had no complaints whatsoever. The location is brilliant and the staff are superb and leave you in peace to enjoy yourself whilst easy...

If your after basic holiday flats this is the place. Owner was swift and efficient and we had our keys in 5 minutes. Good points close to tower and attractions. Cheap. Family welcomed The flats badly need updated and could use a proper clean however the bedding was spotless if your after basic accommodation close to the tower and central...

The room we stayed in was a good size with lots of room. The flats are close to the sea life centre and all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help.I would go back to these flats again and i would advise relatives and friends to do so.

Stayed for 1 week, after reading trip advisor wasn't quite looking forwards to it, but I can honestly say there must be a lot of disrespectful people out there, the rooms was spacious, clean, yes the furniture was a little dated, granted, however for the price, location and guaranteed on sight parking was a bonus, the owner Richard and his...
