read some reviews on here after we booked and did laugh, really don't know what people expect when visiting blackpool if you want a 5 star hotel then go and pay for it! This hotel was cheap for what we wanted and was surprisingly really really nice from what we read, ALL of the public spaces, reception, dining area and...

I booked a weekend away with my wife for a Valentine's treat. On the website it looked pretty nice. Well let me tell you how it really is. On arrival we where greeted and told we were in Room 302 and shown the lift. We eventually found the room (I wish we hadnt). The top window was smashed and the...

We have only had one problem and the staff came to sort it out straight away and offered up to change rooms, they upgraded our...

Absolutely awful, when we walked in the room was small but cope-able so we placed all our things down and went out, whilst we were out we got a phone call to say we needed to move the car as we were blocking someone in! Terrible car park if you ask me, so then we settled down and was rudely...

we stayed here with some friends for New Year's Eve, the first room (as we decided to stay another night) was basic, but clean. The second room was nice, cosy and spacious. The staff were friendly and the bar was cheap, also we had a small meal and the food was good. Reading some of the reviews on here, people...

The hotel is in a great place as it's near pleasure beach . The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The one downside was the room was nice and warm but it is really for a single person. We managed to park outside at a cost of £5 .

we arrived on Friday afternoon on the 2nd of December and were denied check in until 4pm although the rooms had been cleaned. On arrival we noticed that the hotel lobby was clean and hoped this continued to the room. The hotel itself is like faulty towers turns and stairs everywhere. We didn't even get shown to the room. arrived...

I stayed at the New Oceans Hotel last weekend with my daughter and have to say that it was fantastic. Right on the promenade overlooking the sea and a few minutes walk from the South Pier. The moment we arrived after being stuck in traffic on the M6 we were welcomed by lovely staff. Check in was smooth, car was...
