Room small and run down. Every time we entered the room there was a terrible smell of sewage. The extractor fan in the bathroom was so loud it was unbearable. Food terrible, we were served up spaghetti hoops for breakfast. We ate out on the second night. The language by some residents was disgusting. Won't be back.

It's a very run down hotel, the staff work there self's into the ground, if it was not for the staff then it would have been a disaster! The owners make there staff round around every hour god sends and pays very little. The food is average... The rooms are to me OK needs lots of work

Hi this hotel is lovely and friendly. Room clean & comfortable, but as they have had a new chef recently the food was awful. We where offered chips every meal from Monday night to Wednesday night, vegetables were not cooked, even our driver complained he couldn't eat the cottage pie as the potatoes were hard in that. We had potatoes...

Dirty tired and needs a complete overhaul. This is a huge hotel and I am sure the staff never got to our room to clean. Our room was tiny cramped and ill equipped - tiny bathroom - no extractor for the shower and the window wouldn't open - very damp and mouldy. Dining room is in the basement, down very...

Extremely poor experience. Very small room with no bedside lighting, poor decor, very hot as no thermostat on radiator, poor quality evening meal although breakfast was fine. Impression was that they did just enough to keep the coach party business while not really bothering with the staying guests. Tight and steep staircases although there was a lift. Bed and mattress...

After a journey in what was literally a school bus we arrived at the hotel, there were a flight of steps up to the door, no porter was avalliable to help with our luggage considering we were the wrong side of 70, so the fitter of us helped the not so fit. Our room keys were issued promptly. Our room...
