If you have a choice whether to visit this hotel - choose wisely!! We attended a photography exhibition so had no choice. The organisers had a choice and why on this earth they choose here only they will know.... I bet their American guests were astounded. The piles of fag ends around the front door, grimey and dirty entrance, thread...

Stayed here with my partner and child for an impromptu visit to Blackpool for water park and pantomime. Safe to say we won't be staying again. Paid £40 for the night (this should have been an early warning signal in itself). Arrived on a freezing January afternoon, hotel reception was busy (surprisingly now I look back). Paid for a buffet...

What a let down. Bad customer service tiny room. Roll out bed that obstructs fire exit and bathroom, when we complained the receptionist turned and shouted to someone we were refusing to stay. We were moved to a room where our youngest was able to lock himself in the bathroom because the handle fell off the door. Carpets stuck down...

I arrived at the hotel and after getting up to our room in the slowest lift I went to have a look at my "sea view" but found the filthiest window. So after washing it myself I also noticed the carpets had not been hoovered as there was biscuit crumbs all over. The bathroom had damp everywhere. Staff pleasant enough...
