I have not stayed at the Imperial for 3 years and I had to come to Blackpool for business and manage to stay for two nights and bring my wife with me ,who had not stayed there before, Well thank you all at the Imperial for what can only be said as a FANTASTIC stay ,from car parking ,to check in, to all the new rules ect first class. We booked a deluxe sea view room , I signed up to their VIP club some years back and boy oh boy its well worth it £10 off our room, 20% off our drinks ect well worth doing. We booked bed ,breakfast ,Evening meal at both times we felt welcome and safe. Breakfast was great but the evening meal was FANTASTIC ,Thank you all the chiefs and Ron our waiter and all the staff. Lastly thank you to Alison for our room up grade ,it truly made our stay so special .Your kind gesture made us want to come back to your first class hotel BUT made us want to come back to Blackpool . Thank you again Alison and all at the Imperial for such a fantastic stay ,see again.

Just stayed for two nights in a standard double room which was comfortable with traditional furniture and fittings. Both breakfasts and evening meal were very good but the thing that stands out in this hotel is the staff. Every one of them had a friendly smile and nothing was touch trouble. The position of the hotel make for fantastic views of the setting sun but it is a bit of a walk down to the piers and Tower but for those that want it there are service tram stops right outside the hotel which make getting about easy

Arrived to a room without enough beds and smelling of smoke. Was moved to another super hot room with no a/c or fan. Was told no fans were available but we’re on a waiting list. Shocking. Had to scour Blackpool and buy our own fan. Dreadful service would recommend to no one

A beautiful old building with character, lovely friendly staff and really good food. However, we were really let down by the room. A bit tatty, light fitting not attached properly to the wall, the towel rail radiator could not be switched off in the bathroom and the window did not open in there. This made the room extremely hot on an already warm weekend. The attentive staff did give us a fan upon asking. I am just guessing it is pot luck whether you get a refurbished or in refurbished room. Otherwise, I would have said 5 stars.

We stayed over the weekend of the Euro final. We LOVED the staff and the hotel and the breakfast and our room. We will deffo be back. We watched the football in the Churchill Suite on a big screen. The staff ran around after us, taking our drinks orders and being friendly, fun and attentive at all times. One night we had bar snacks and they were delicious. I had never been to Blackpool before but I LOVED it so much.
