We had a great stay in this lovely, well decorated, ultra clean and very nice B&B. Hazel is lovely and so accommodating, she made everything smooth and easy, let us have early breakfasts as we were doing a dance competition, and we would come back here without any hesitation. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, and some...

Will stay again, this B&B ticked all our boxes good location easy 5 mins walk to tower, free parking, excellent cooked breakfast, we had a large clean room with on suite, very quiet as couple's and family's only. Free Wi-Fi and Hazel the B&B owner was very helpful during our stay.

Everything we needed for our short break to Blackpool to visit The Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach. Clean comfortable rooms, hearty breakfast, and our every need met by the really lovely landlady. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I would recommend to anyone wanting a reasonably priced B&B.

Just returned from a 2 night stay over Easter and I would just be repeating what others have said so will keep this short. I was staying with the wife but we had the large room family room no. 2 which had an adjoining small room with 2 small beds which for a family would be just great. Would I...

Booked April 2014 (easter) for 3 nights. My husband, me and our 2.5 year old .The things everyone needs to know: Near to all attractions/trams, parking available and the room we stayed in (double with ajoining room) brilliantly clean, as described and comfortable. Fresh towels, beds made, bottled water every day with tea and coffee. Everything being there that was...

The place was spotless, drink was cheap, bottles of water in our room every day as well as tea and coffee if needed and clean towels and our room was tidied but most of all, Hazel the lady who runs the hotel was a very nice and helpful...

Stayed two nights at the end of October. Hazel made me very welcome. Lovely breakfast, I'm now hooked on chocolate Weetabix! Hazel really went out of her way to ensure that I had a restful stay. The room was spotless, I had my own en suite, telly and tea/coffee, Hazel also made a pot of coffee for me in the...

Stayed here, with a friend, this weekend. We chose it because it was the only b&b we could find in Blackpool which didn't have any bad reviews and it certainly lived up to expectations. It was clean, pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was good, our room was comfortable, no over the top frills and flounces. Price reasonable. The location was good...

Thankyou for your positive review and we're glad you were not put off.. We too saw the rather defamatory comments previously posted and can assure you this was a bogus review. After investigation by Tripadvisor the review has been removed but unfortunately it remained live for a few days whilst the process took place. Our appologies for any anxiety this...
