The Elgin was a delightful hotel, with a sea view and comfortable room, nice bathroom, great staff and the food was superb. We stayed Friday to Sunday the 12th March for my wife`s birthday and loved the entertainment provided in the two cabaret nights and the multi course dinners. Tom was the Hotel Dining Room Manager and took infinite care...

Dear John Many thanks for your review. We're really pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us but are naturally sorry to hear that you were offended by behaviour of other guests. We experienced a mix up with the room we'd booked but it was sorted out. Room and bathroom had recently been refurbished and were clean and warm. Food OK. The singers on Friday and Saturday were very good, but a bit of a let down on Sunday. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, but occasionally forgetful. Car parking is...

Dear Floss Many thanks for your review. I'm glad we managed to sort your rooms out for you and you found us good value. Parking was a little bit more complex at the time of your stay as we had a refuse skip blocking one of the entrances to the car park. I do hope that we can welcome you...

Dear Rod Many thanks for your generous feedback. We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us and that the team looked after you so well with good food and entertainment.
