This hotel is brilliant, modern clean with friendly staff. The room was just what we imagined, overlooking the pleasure beach, with patio doors which opened, gave a stunning view of the park especially at night when lit up. The room had a tv, dvd player and even an impressive fire. Food in the restaurant was A1, brilliant value for money.

We stayed here for one night in a family room. Well equipped room, large bathroom, separate bedroom area for kids with tvs. Bed was horrendous, it was like sleeping directly on the divan! Woken up early by noisy neighbours who let their kids run around at 7.00 in the morning, long wait for breakfast although this was forewarned. Breakfast was...

Stayed here for one night. Had a superior family room. Was clean, tidy and fresh. Staff are very polite and nothing is too much of a bother. Breakfast was very organised and fresh. Would absolutely stay here again.

The family room was very well quipped with a separate area for kids with bunk beds, two flat screed TV's (one high, one low) and a magnetic snakes and ladders game on the wall, which my 5...

This would certainly rate as being one of the best family rooms we have...

The hotel is geared for young families. It sits South of the Blackpool Pleasure Beach and must be connected to the Pleasure Beach as the hotel will supply an entrance pass to the Pleasure Beach worth £6 each for free each and every day you stay there. Outside our room, situated at the back of the hotel, a carriage from...

Stepped off the coach and into a warm reception from the receptionist on duty and a trainee, fast and very efficient and informative, then to be greeted with an upgrade to a deluxe room was fantastic to here coming from the same type of industry, I now know how a guest feels when they receive my upgrades to a superior...
