Been many times here but this time got a refurbished upgrade room. Large and roomy on 3rd floor with views over the town. Bit cold on arrival as heating now only on at certain times ie early morning and 4pm, disappointing. Food fine as usual but entertainment on Sunday a few levels above the norm. There with a group at...

This hotel had a special offer on £164 for 5 days h/b plus the stay was themed as being on a cruise liner. Everything was very good, the entertainment was for the older generation but done very professionally every night. The staff were mostly excellent and my room was great. I stayed there with older relative and they loved it...

Helped us to decorate our table and made the birthday girl feel very special when they brought out the cake singing "happy birthday". The restaurant staff in particular...

Took my Husband and girls away for his 65th birthday. Beautiful hotel, very clean and superb staff. We decided to eat in the Restaurant in the evening instead of the bar....bad decision... All of the food was mass produced, very dry and tasteless. Breakfast wasn't much better. They called it 'full English' but only certain things where available ! On...

Once again had a great break at this lovely hotel. From walking through the door you are greeted with friendly faces. John the hotel manager and his reception staff are always there ready to help if you have any questions or queries. Darren is always available to help with your luggage. Food always first rate, as are the restaurant staff....

My wife and I stayed at the Park House on Friday, 17th February 2017 for two nights to attend a family birthday celebration. On the first evening we met up with a small party of friends and relatives and dined in the Devonshire Restaurant. The venue was perfect for the celebration: great choice of food selected from a very comprehensive...
