Definitely would stay again. 10/10 can't wait to come back here. Friendly staff, always have a smile on there face. 😀 view over the football pitch was amazing also 👏. Not much in the area but £5 taxi to blackpool or a 15 minute walk
We booked this hotel in March 2 couples due to running the Blackpool music run on the Sunday, staying Saturday and Sunday night. We booked after reading the reviews and also the price then was reasonable. The hotel was perfect throughout, check in was swift and the girls on reception very helpful and informative. The room was spotlessly clean and well thought out. Really comfortable beds and plug sockets all in good places. Lots of hot water and big towels. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice both hot and cold all buffet service. Check out smooth and parking onsite. Would definitely stay here if I was in Blackpool again.
The room was big, and very clean. We had a view out to the stadium which was nice. The bed was very comfy and fit 2 adults, and 2 small children (if, like mine, yours don't stay in their own bed). The room temperature was easily controlled which meant that we had a pleasant night's sleep. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was very good. The bath filled up as I was taking a shower which wasn't great , but a very minor flaw. The woman at check-in was very friendly and the process was swift. The staff at breakfast were welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is buffet-style; there is a continental area (cereal and fruit) and a separate area for cooked items, including toast. Parking spaces are limited, but there is a car park across the road. We would stay here again.
Great hotel easy check in parking was across the the road but free so a bonus and we could keep an eye on the car Staff friendly the whole place was spotlessly clean Very covid friendly Corner flag bar/restaurant was nice and not expensive food was nice and plentiful About 15 minutes easy walk to town centre or £5 in a taxi
Recently returned for a 2 night stay here. Arriving at the hotel was very simple and we got a space in the hotel car park just outside. There are limited hotel spaces so advisable to arrive early if possible. A hotel offering secure private parking in Blackpool is always a bonus however! Check itself was very smooth and we were in our room in no time. We had a 'town view' room which really means 'travelodge view' room as you stare right into the travelodge rooms across the road and vice versa. On walking into the room.. it was very dark (think mainly down to the dark paint choices and poor lighting) but clean enough. The bathroom was good, clean and modern with good power shower. The bed was 2 singles shoved together to form a double. Pillows resembled pancakes and really uncomfortable but the bed (my single!) was comfy enough. Really good air conditioning keeps the room cool. One thing that did let the hotel down was kids running up and down the corridors late at night then really early again in the morning waking the whole floor up. Aware not the hotels fault (more the parents) but CCTV was looking down the corridor and would have been noticed. Breakfast on both mornings was really good and well organised. Really good choice and taste. One slight disappointment was the fact on the night, we tried to go for a drink in the hotel bar however were informed this was fully booked for the football. Not even the offer of getting a drink to take back to rooms which was disappointing that a resident couldn't get into the bar. Hotel itself is about a 20 min walk to the main attractions so probably best to get a taxi into town (about £5). Overall for Blackpool it is a decent choice compared to most of the B+B's but probably no better than some of the premier inn's in the town.…
