From booking received friendly and helpful welcome. The staff were very friendly, our four kids 3,4,7 & 8 felt special when they were left hot chocolate and biscuits for bedtime. Room was spacious (slept 6), clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Excellent value for money and great convenient location

North Blackpool so plenty of free street parking. An older building which would benefit in a lot of modernisations. Very friendly and helpful owners who's aim is quite clearly to please with friendly, useful and cost saving advice. Our room was very small but fine for us as it was only for sleeping for one night not entertaining. The room...
