Room okay - basic - we paid £72 for a twin room - 1 night stay to see Cats the show. Owner never stopped smiling. Breakfast good value - very helpful staff. Hotel central to all attractions - very close to the Winter Gardens and Tower - shopping center very close.

Myself and my husband stayed here overnight on bank holiday weekend. The hotel is extremely dated and there is a musty/damp smell to the establishment. The rooms were extremely small and dated for the price. The beds were comfortable enough and the rooms were clean, however, you could hear every word of what was being said in the room next...

This hotel I accept is a 2 star. I booked it for an overnight stay. I booked it partly as a joke and to reminisce about the old fashioned b & b's. Breakfast in the "front room" scenario. This place wants shutting. It was horrendous. No hot water. Doors don't close properly. Staff don't speak English. Breakfast with a 1...

Stayed here a few times now and found it to be fairly comfortable and friendly. Breakfast is always good and plentiful. Rooms very clean. Little bit dated in places but fine. Great location for winter gardens and restaurants. Owners are always helpful . Free Wi Fi . Parking at rear.

I can't fault the friendliness of this typical Blackpool hotel. It's run by a couple and you do feel that you are warmly welcomed. My only constructive comments would be that it is in need of modernising. The office style ceilings with fluorescent lighting in the bedrooms need to be replaced by a normal ceiling and a lamp on each...

We again stayed here to " see the lights" and have a relaxing time with family. We stayed here last time so was really glad to be able to book again. We were well looked after, with every kept really clean and a lovely cooked breakfast. Near the winter gardens so easy to get to the main places. Cannot fault...
