What a great stay! Richard was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We hadn't booked in for breakfast but changed our minds and for £5 got cereal, fruit, mini muffins, full English breakfast toast, orange juice and tea and coffee! We were even offered more toast if we wanted it! The bed and breakfast was very...

Lynne and Richard are the most wonderful hosts. Rooms are really clean and the location is perfect (2 minute walk to the seafront). Would definitely recommend a stay there. Food is fabulous and the whole experience is just lovely.

What a fantastic weekend, stayed here for the weekend with a few friends and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome from the minute we got there, everywhere was so clean and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful with plenty of choice, will be staying again in November and would definitely recommend to a friend.

The rooms were clean & spacious with a TV & ensuite. The towels were changed each day. My only complaint would be that due to the light coloured curtains I was...
