Stayed here for three nights. The location is very central to everything, just off the main promenade in a quite location. The hotel is very family friendly and the hosts Barry and Andrea are very helpful, giving advice on where to eat, visit etc. There is a small bar in the basement that opens in the evening which has activities...

Stayed here for Easter weekend and loved every minute of it. Barry and Andrea are so friendly and make it feel like a home from home. They have a great knowledge of the area and gave lots of recommendations for things to do, best ways to get there etc. Will definitely be back again!

Fantastic break away! Lovely owners nothing is to much trouble for them, great knowledge of the best places to go, great family b&b for family's, secure parking , will definitely stay here again , great location for the sea front .

Very friendly proprietors where nothing was too much trouble. For example we booked through booking.com and in the "special request" box on the website, I stated that one of my daughters had a gluten intolerance and could we request gluten free bread at breakfast. Now these kind of requests can get a mixed response but we arrived to find we'd...

Amazing very friendly and welcoming would recommend to anyone with kids as they are family friendly with lots of stuff for the kids to do while the adults relax in the bar. Right near the sea front acessable to everywhere.

Stayed here for 1 night. Arrived early room was ready and a parking space .nice room comfy bed ensuite tea and coffee plus have extras on hand so dont need go ask cosy basement bar .we travelled without children but really do make children welcome. lovely breakfast you order what you want day before and its all ready for you...

Very welcoming family who own the hotel, over the years we have visited this hotel we have noticed a big change in decor & the outside of the building. Having stayed in different rooms over the years they all have a warm homely feel & the Family rooms are very spacious. Im very impressed with the security of the hotel...

Really enjoyable stay during the school half term week in October. Room small, but everything that was required for a short stay, en suite, clean and tidy. Really enjoyed our stay here in the October holidays. Barry & Andrea are great hosts & made us feel very welcome. Room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Excellent little bar with a pool table in the basement & very cosy. Will definitely stop again & will recommend The Hurtmere to family & friends.
