On arriving there was an issue with our booking being wrong, but topmarks to receprion who sorted it quickly. The two of us were given a family room with a double and two singles. Plenty of room and a decent bathroom.. i thought that the food was not as good as our previous visit but was still good value. Staff...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with 3 friends and we had 2 twin rooms. Overall it was an acceptable hotel and we stayed in room 136. (would not recommend this room) The very good points were the reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were very nice, the food was good and plenty of it. The bad point...

just got back from the Claremont Hotel. Stayed a few times before but feel the hotel has gone down hill slightly. No problems with the rooms, clean and comfortable, food wonderful, entertainment rather lacking felt there was no atmosphere at all and really didn't enjoy at all this put a damper on the weekend. Won't be stopping here again for...

Why this hotel receives so many good reviews baffles me! Yes, the staff were pleasant and the meals were nice but that really is the only positives. First the car park was over crowded - we cheekily used the hotel next door where there were plenty spaces! Dirty dishes/broken glass lying on corridor floor welcomed us as we searched for...

Excellently located away from Blackpool's Hustle and bustle. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and well serviced with tea, coffee etc and replenished daily. The Restaurant serves the most wonderful array of meals, all cooked and presented really well. Can't see why this Hotel is only 2 star as it should be 3 at least. We upgraded to...
