Had a short stay to see the Blackpool lights. Very clean, reasonable size rooms, excellent breakfast. Would recommend for a short stay. My only issue was the pillow which for me was too thick and therefore I didn't have a great sleep, but I am very unusual in that I like extremely thin pillows.

Room spacious and clean. Lovely sea view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast gorgeous. Quiet location but easily accessible as there is a tram stop directly across the road. Would stay here again.

The Carn Brae is a typical Blackpool hotel. We had 4 rooms booked between ten of us. Our family of four stayed in the Carn Suite which had 2 rooms (one double room which was spacious and another room with a double bed for the kids). There were 10 of us staying so we all had various styles of room....

When we visit Blackpool again i certainly would look into staying here again, especially with the kids. Its situated on New South Pier,...

AS we would be spending a day at the pleasure beach and a day in the sandcastle it was well located for both. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was good but could be improved, there was a taste of over used cooking oil on the full english. There was a bar...

Great quiet location at the end of the tram line. Only five stops from pleasure beach, family day ticket cost 10.00 which we found was great value as we jumped on and off the tram all day. We arrived at Carn brae b&b at 9am, booking wasn't until 2pm but kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases with them. Very...

My daughter and I visited this hotel for 1 night whilst we attended a concert in Blackpool. We had a twinroom, which although the decorations were slightly tired the room and ensuite bathroom was immaculate. The bedding was nice quality and spotless. We visited the bar after our concert ,which was fine and not overpriced. Breakfast next morning was very...
