Absolutely lovely little B&B. Basic, but incredibly clean and full of ambience. The owners, Tony and Joanne are lovely, very welcoming, informative and cook an excellent breakfast! Rooms: We stayed in rooms 3, 4 & 5. All of which have a balcony, with beautiful sea views and seating (you'll find the chairs in the wardrobes). Excellent for those of us...

Me and my husband arrived was met by Jo the owner,she was friendly and helpful.we stayed in room 9 nice clean and bright,tea making facilities with free bottle of water.breakfast is very good, plentiful.5 mins away from promenade.If your in a car it's good position,we arrived by train so it's quite a walk into town or tower.public transport good.would definitely...

We have visited this hotel 3 years ago and came back again jo an tony run this lovely clean b &b rooms are spotless an clean linnin on all the beds and in bathroom breakfast is to die for and is red hot and very filling jo and tony are great hosts and i would recomend this place to friends...

visited over the illuminations switch on weekend with our 2 kids. we was in room 8 which was quite small bunk beds and a double bed, but served it's purpose. The en suite was small and the shower didn't work properly was either too hot or too cold couldn't get a happy medium. The bedside light didn't work either. However...

I found the people running it to be very helpful and friendly. I found the condition of the hotel to be excellent. Breakfasts were particularly good . The location is just off the front and far enough away from the lively bits while at the same time being in easy walking distance of them :)

stayed here 25th to 27th August,great wee place,great firm bed, fabulous breakfast,absolutely spotless,Joanne the owner was lovely and cheery.we parked our car in the pub across the roads car park £10 for 3 day's.Bus & Tram stops across the road,really handy to get to shops & markets.Would definitely recommend and return to this wee gem of a place!!!!! thanks again...

What a great place to stay, Jo and Tony fantastic hosts all round. A very family friendly B&B . Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hotel is situated away from town which was good for us as we enjoyed the walk down which took about twenty minutes to complete. Theres a couple of shop close buy if you require any...

We had two rooms. One double with en suite and one family quadruple room with en suite. The double wasn't massive but it was big enough, not enough storage for longer than a week. One small single wardrobe and one set of 3 small draws but if you travel light you'll be okay. The family room wasn't much bigger and...
