When we arrived and opened the door all we could smell was damp. Horrified at the fact of that we were shown to our room and it was small and nothing I would say had the wow factor. It was clean but very dated. I would say this hotel needs some money spending on it to enable guests to make a...

Well... Where do I start!?! Me and my wife came away for a romantic weekend to see the Blackpool Lights switch on. We arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by, not a friendly host but the smell of damp and dirt! The friendly welcome we were looking for from our host never came, an elderly Asian lady saw...

We booked four rooms for a family of 8 people. We were warmly welcomed into the hotel and the area seemed peaceful. All the rooms we got were on the top floor. Each room had one double bed and a single bed so maximum three people are able to sleep in one room. The beach and shopping center was only...

Stayed over night with our 6 year old daughter. What a mess from the outside to the in. Lady came out she was dirty so first impressions wasn't good. Unfortunately we did not check reviews as we booked last minute and were worried about finding a place to stay on bank holiday. I wish we had taken more care. I would like to start off by saying that I wasn't expecting much, unfortunately the dated look and feel is all too common as the Blackpool hotel industry isn't doing...

Our reception was a very warm welcome, even with a large group of 19. The hotel was very basic, nothing fancy. The rooms were all clean and tidy. The breakfast and general service was above and beyond. Exceptional hosts. Overall a good stay. Highly recommended for those who appreciate the simple things in life.
