We have stayed at this B&b a few times now and always enjoyed our stay immensely. We stayed so we could take in the acts at the showzam at the winter gardens and had a great time. Jane and Jude the owners gave us a few hints on what was on in Blackpool and what was worth seeing at showzam....

The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was satisfactory. The room was just not good enough for the price. The bedroom was tiny and the en-suite bathroom only had a rickety old sliding door that didn't even line up with the wall so there was no privacy. And I'm sorry but the shower cubicle was so old and manky that...

We (3 adults) had a family room with a large window and 2 comfortable beds. If you come with lots of luggage it's a little bit small, but we could manage. Breakfast is great. Best of all are the owners, Jane and Jude. We can really recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in November for the illuminations. Owners were very welcoming. Rooms were small/cosy, perfect for a weekend away as you don't need anything more. Hotel was clean and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed for the last weekend of the Illuminations and were given a lovely warm welcome by Jane and Jude. When I made the booking, I asked if there was a twin room on a low floor, but there was only one left on the 2nd floor, so we took that...mistake. I didn't realise there were quite as many stairs to...

Stayed for three nights in half term week, so Blackpool was very busy, but this Hotel is located in a residential area which makes for a good nights sleep given it proved to be a very quiet area. Book direct it will be cheaper and you also avoid receiving endless e-mails from overseas booking agencies. The Hotel was spotlessly clean...

Only a short tram journey down the front, with the tram stop only around the corner this was ideal for transportation around Blackpool. Hotel was clean, modern and had free wifi! Breakfast was perfect had a range of choice and...
