We stayed at this hotel as theTiffany was full. In all honesty we should have left almost as soon as we went in the place. A great smell of unclean hit us as we entered the rear door. From then on it went downhill even more. Every stair in the place creaked and on entering the room the heat was...

Checked into room, which was filthy, as were the other 2 rooms offered. 4th room provided was also filthy, with pillows which disintegrated on touch. The lack of cleanliness was not however the worst part of our stay. On the 2nd evening in our newly allocated room, we were awakened at 1 a.m. by an intruder, who had been supplied...

We had an overnight stay in 2 twin rooms, on arrival we were met by very helpful staff although we were also met by the strongest smell of musk... The hotel is very dated and desperate for a refurb.. The rooms were compact but what else do you need for a 1 night stay the staff were lovely and the...

Initially we thought the decor was OK and hotel looked decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When entering our room there was a bad stale smell like old rubbish/drains. We would have asked to be moved but the lady infront of us when checking couldn't be moved as there were no other double rooms available. The en suite was...

My son stayed at this hotel and was happy with the service he received and the breaksfast. The room was a bit small but adequate for his needs while spending a few days in Blackpool. The hotel is in a good position for the illuminations.

Pro's friendly staff. Dinning room beautiful. Bedding clean. Bathroom clean. Cons room wasn't hoovered. Bed on the bottom left was held up by two pieces off wood. Room needed dusting. Overall cheap and cheerful stay don't go expecting the ritz. My opinion on a single room.

The hotel needs modernising all the way through. We stayed in a sea view room. The windows wouldn't open. The ceiling tiles wanted renewing, the carpet had an iron mark on it, and the bathroom only had a bath and no shower, the sink was full of cracks, the toilet seat was dirty underneath. The bathroom floor looked like it...

Arrived rather late after a show. A warm welcome and helpful staff. Room was neat but needs a bit of decorating and new shower. However it did what it said on the tin and it was clean. Lovely sea view. Breakfast lacked choice, however once again served by a friendly waiter. Baked beans were cold but a lovely cup of...

Have stayed here before and would recommend it as a good value hotel with good food and service. Everything worked as it should. My only issue with a lot of Blackpool hotels is the lack of parking, but I found unlimited street parking close by. There are a few spaces out the front, but I have never managed to get...

We did'nt pay a huge amount to stay her for the night but it was ok, when we arrived Heather on reception was very welcoming she explained everything in detail about the hotel. The room we were in was fine a bit worn but for the price it did the job the only downside was the en-suite which was small...
