Stayed here the people here go above what you expect from top hotels very welcoming and friendly and very helpful will local knowledge breakfast was excellent (and my son's a fussy eater) rooms were loverly clean and tidy would stay here again
Just back from the Caroldene hotel Blackpool, stayed for 2 nights and had a great time.
The hotel is clean, and pet friendly which was one of the reasons we booked, as we had our small dog with us.

Drinks at the bar are pub prices but my wine was warm. As far as I know there are no rooms on the ground floor. I asked for easy access single and got the first room at the top of 2 flights of stairs one full flight one short flight. As I was the only guest I assume no ground floor rooms.
