Comfortable and centrally located. Good value for money. If staying more than one day, please note that only cleaning done in room is emptying bins. 10 mins walk from promenade. Coffee and cooked breakfast good.

We booked this on line due to it's good rating with tripadvisor. We received a warm welcome and good induction to the hotel facilities. Our room was upstairs as are they all so would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. It was very clean and comfortable, a little snug as it had two beds in it. The bathroom was... More

Stayed with Chris & Lillian for the second time whilst we were at the darts in July. As usual we were looked after above & beyond the call of duty. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus Chris makes a mean Full English breakfast. We've already decided we're staying there again next year.

Excellent service, fabulous hosts, food excellent, rooms spotless and modern best accommodation of a b&b I have stayed in in 35 years of going to blackpool. Handy location for transport, shops, beach and social clubs. Good sized room, bar and food available all day. Proprietors very friendly, helpful and they run an excellent b&b service

We had such a great stay at the Fairhaven. It was very clean, comfortable and close to everything. The breakfast each morning was tasty and filling. Hanging out in the bar with an ice cold beer, chatting, laughing with Chris, Lillian and the other guests was great fun. Can't wait to return.
