Comfortable and centrally located. Good value for money. If staying more than one day, please note that only cleaning done in room is emptying bins. 10 mins walk from promenade. Coffee and cooked breakfast good.

We booked this on line due to it's good rating with tripadvisor. We received a warm welcome and good induction to the hotel facilities. Our room was upstairs as are they all so would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. It was very clean and comfortable, a little snug as it had two beds in it. The bathroom was...

Thank you for your review and kind words. However within your review we need to point out a few omissions from your script. First and foremost we are not a large hotel being only a small family run guesthouse. Our access statements points out to everyone the layout of the hotel for potential guests with mobility problems !!!!! Breakfast .......

Stayed with Chris & Lillian for the second time whilst we were at the darts in July. As usual we were looked after above & beyond the call of duty. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus Chris makes a mean Full English breakfast. We've already decided we're staying there again next year.
