The room felt relatively "new", was clean and nicely (if generically) decorated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, and the staff were happy to make us poached eggs specially (rather than the standard scrambled). We were also able to bring our dog into the room, which is a definite bonus. There is limited parking here, so be prepared to park...

Pure Gym closeby.....used an Indian restaurant personally. ......speaking. All good then......? Stayed in a twin room with my son. Visiting Leicester to attend a concert at De Montfort Hall and it is a 20 minute brisk walk. There is limited parking but plenty of paid parking nearby. Reception was friendly, helpful and quick. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room was compact but adequate. Loved the bathroom pod. Each room has...

Stayed here for 3 nights for the fantastic Marillion weekend and got a very nice rate as booked well in advance. I was pleasantly surprised, room was decent and clean and bathroom well fitted. Bar was pricey but to be expected I suppose. There's about 10 parking spaces so had to park in the train station long term car park...

We stayed here so we could visit Leicester Racecourse. It is centrally located so appeared ideal. We were lucky on arrival that we found a parking slot as there were only a very few, maybe 10 or 12, not enough for an Hotel of this size. There is a large car park that looks as if it belongs to the...

Stayed here for 3 nights for the Marillion Weekend in De Montfort Hall, Really good hotel. Very comfortable nights sleep. Lots of eateries and bars in the immidiate area. Only downside would be the very limited parking, but I got there early and managed to get one of the last 2 spaces. Would stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend over the bank holiday end of April. The room was quite small but well formed. We were in a refurbished room and the decoration was pleasant. The bed was comfy (although creaked quite a bit). The bathroom consist d of a Mork and Mindy pod for a shower/ toilet. There were 2 things we...

I didn't quite know what to expect from an Ibis but it was better than what I imagined at first! The room was tidy and with a decent decor. Never mind the view... if you know what part of Leicester we're talking about then you'll know why I say that! Staff were very friendly and polite. My only grumble is...

This was not a good stay unfortunately. The room smelt of something I can't quite place, possible chemicals to clean the room, but they were unpleasant. The bed was hard, the pillows harder. The sheets didn't fit the bed, and being 6 feet tall my feet touched the uncomfortable mattress underneath. The traffic could be heard outside as it is...
