Situated in a beautiful part of England, this hotel may not look so attractive on the outside, but the Service and the rooms are perfect with very good bed and shower and the rooms are very well noise-isolated

we were travelling from Amesbury to Yorkshire for a family christening and as it was a 5 hour journey we wanted a stopover for the night to break the journey up a bit. If you are like us then all you want is a place to rest your head and perhaps a bite to eat. Sadly this travelodge doesn't have...

Markfield Travelodge has always provided me with a quiet and comfortable night's stay. Even more so since recent upgrading. It represents excellent value for money situated as it is just off a junction of the M1, particularly if advantage is taken of early booking discounts

Excellent Travel Lodge with friendly staff. Easy to find and a great pizza delivered to our room from a local takeaway. It was very hot in the room despite having a fan....why can't we have air con in UK hotels???

Clean comfortable and affordable as ever. Of course the location is not idyllic or quaint but the staff all smiled, the rooms were perfectly cleaned and the window stops most of the motorway noise. At this price and for my purpose I was quite happy.

Recently stayed overnight with my 7 year old to break up a long car journey. A very friendly welcome and helpful staff - it was late evening when we checked in. The room was fairly basic, but really clean and comfortable, and looked like it had been recently redecorated. It was a warm night, though, and there was no air...

Used Travelodge for the first time for an overnight stay during August Bank Holiday. Used Travelodge Leicester Markfield because it was a dog friendly hotel. We would use this hotel again for sure and we were impressed with our first ever stay in a Travelodge. It's very conveniently situated just off the motorway exit. Check in was quick and easy...

Very pleasant stay with very helpful staff. The one "fly in the ointment" is the availability of free WiFi and when you do pay and use it, the restrictions that apply - not being able to use WhatsApp etc.
