Grew at hotel to stay at, the staff are very helpful and are happy to answer any questions I had. The location is in a quiet yet easily accessible location, so you get all the benefits of a city without the hustle and bustle.

The beds are sooooo comfy here. Coupled with excellent friendly staff on reception this place is a winner. The price we paid was good value too. We have family close by so it is really well positioned for us, but it is only a short distance to the city centre. We will be back.

Stayed here as a stop over on our way down to my sisters in Hertfordshire and wanted somewhere off the M1. Don't be fooled by the dated appearance of the outside of this premier inn, all internal areas plus rooms have recently been fully refurbished. Check in was easy as we'd already checked in online. Our room was OK but...

Love, love, love this hotel I use this hotel as a stop over on my way from the North to either Heathrow or Gatwick airport. It's 2 minutes from the M1 so really easy to find. Everything about this place is great. The recently refurbished rooms, the friendly and really helpful staff, the location and the food served in the...

So well looked after. Great reception after checking in on line. Room immaculate. Breakfast cooked to order with exactly what we asked for, as well as a great buffet. Dinner at the attached TableTable restaurant was so convenient and value for money, especially if you use the Premier Inn offer of dinner and breakfast. Will always checkout Premier Inn first...

Stayed here twice in two weeks due to a family bereavement. They got our business in the first place because a similar type of chain down the road upped their price on the day because I had looked for possible solutions if we needed to stay the night before. The Premier Inn kept their price constant and my business, which...

The Premier Inn formula works. Stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean comfortable and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful and my first evenings meal was booked by the hotel receptionist. I would have gone the full rating but the WiFi keeps dropping out as they want you to pay for the more superior service (£5 if I...

Lovely , clean and well equipped rooms - Breakfast was top rate though dinners only average - especially steaks - very poor quality. Near to M1 motor way but not affected by noise. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was pretty much perfect. Very clean and well decorated. A comfy room with a luxurious feel. Lots of lighting choices. A hairdryer. Tea and coffee.(this is only one small bad point which I took a star off for....only two of each item...not enough sugar or milk for me to make my coffee the way I like it- I...
