Visited Liverpool with 5 friends to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. Posh Pads was recommended to me by a friend and it lived up to expectation. Better to phone direct to get best price - girls on reception are lovely and helpful. They provide birthday package for an extra £40 - includes cake, champagne, balloons and banner all in room on arrival. We had apartment 6, 2 rooms with 3 beds in each, 2 bathrooms & a full living room and kitchen area. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything you’d need to hand. Lovely big fluffy towels that wrap around you. Nice comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Tesco only up the street to get your supplies. Right beside Liverpool 1 shopping area. Very quiet despite several stag and hen parties. Security on door at night which makes you feel very safe. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My friend and I stayed at Posh Pads last night.
We found the location excellent being literally across a road to Liverpool 1 and everywhere of interest being of a walkable distances.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and as we were celebrating my friend’s big birthday we were upgraded to a penthouse.
The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped to cater for all needs including providing dishwasher pods and washing up liquid.
The beds were big and comfortable and had pristine bedding on them.
All appliances and crockery were clean.
A bonus was the ability to be able to watch cable tv inc Netflix and Prime
Our only criticism is that certain areas needed some tlc but on the whole we were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of accommodation offered and the thoughtfulness of the tasteful decoration adorning the apartment.
A hug bonus is their underground car park that is underground the accommodation and is extremely secure.
A rate of £15 is charged for the period of stay.
In short a great find and one we would have no hesitation in using again, hopefully with a free upgrade!

I was due to arrive at Posh Pads today for my Hen Party with friends. Due to Covid 19 we have had to postpone both the wedding and the hen party until next year which has been really stressful. I just wanted to say a quick thank you To Posh Pads for being so understanding in our situation. We have been offered vouchers of the same value to use within the next 12 months with no pressure to confirm the date until we know further when that will be. I really appreciate the offer of the gift voucher and we will be certain to rearrange this as soon as it is safe to do so. Special thanks to Katie the Manager, I am sure she is dealing with many cancellations right now but she was reassuring and calming in how she dealt with this and we all can not wait to finally celebrate our wedding plans at posh pads.

Same review as the previous reviews. Absolutely shocked, appalled and upset.
A trip booked in February for 3 friends to go to the Grand National for my friends 50th. Stayed in posh pads on several occasions previously and really liked the accommodation, how central it was and it is really nice.
Obviously covid happened. On contacting posh pads on numerous occasions via the telephone and email, I found their response to be almost mocking. I felt and I told them that I felt like I was the butt of their office jokes. They were so infuriating to talk to. No compassion at all for the situation the country was in. Their only interest is money. They eventually offered me a credit note. I thought I dont really want to stay there anymore but that we could go to the grand national next year. The credit note was only valid for 6 months. There was so many restrictions on the voucher that it really wasnt worth the email it was written in.
THEN I was emailed by them and told if I didnt let them know by the next day if I wanted the voucher, they would withdraw the offer. AARRGGGHH what company treats their customers like this.
I hope when all this is over that people stay away from Posh Pads

We paid our room £110 but when we got to hotel I was asked to give card details for security, I didn’t hear how much was asked because of his mask but assumed it would be standard £20-£30. I later realised I was charged £150 and was left completely moneyless, there was no warning about this charge at all, no email, and no letter to sign considering it’s such a huge amount to pay. WiFi is poor and we didn’t sleep because of thin windows. Lovely apartment but not worth being overcharged.

We stayed at Posh pads for 2 nights mid week mon-wed in November as a group of friends. What a beautiful relaxing stay it was. The staff are all very friendly, shout out to the older gentlemen who works on reception who was more than helpful and assisted us at check in and also when we had a problem with out key. The hotel let us drop our bags off early and kept them once we checked out which meant we could go off sightseeing more. The room we had was a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 room had a large double bed with ensure and balcony and the other had a double bed and single bed, both rooms very spacious with storage. The main room had large sofa and dining table with large well equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful stay. 24hr reception with security and night for peace of mind, we can't wait to return.

The hotel wasn't too far a walk, less than 25 minutes, from the train station. There was a nifty thrift store just up the street called Home Bargains that had snacks and even alcohol, odds and ends. On arrival it seemed like a 5 star place. The elevator is super tiny, and there were a couple of problems. First, the freezer was jam packed with ice over accumulation, there wasn't room in it to quickly cool something. When I see something like that in my travels I wonder what else has been overlooked! Next we needed some bedding for the couch where my teen son would sleep, ours was for a 1 bedroom. Staff said they could not find any bedding so they offered up a second bedroom for no expense to us, (which they unlocked) GREAT...and also weird that there was not one single extra set of bedding? Last, the clothes washing machine had an instruction sheet in a drawer of the kitchen (should be out on the counter and laminated) we finally found and we did a wash, it took FOREVER to dry, it wasn't dry so we had to take wet clothes with us. That could have been user error, it could be the machine needs repair. The street noise didn't keep us up, I was able to get a fan from staff (no AC), there was a bit of a weird smell in the hall but not overwhelming. Finally, we did get charged for the extra bedroom but on checkout I was able to say we were told it wouldn't be a charge so they took it off. For the perks I would say the staff were really nice, the location being near the port and shopping, it was comfortable and unique.

So folks, if you are thinking about booking a hotel in Liverpool and you need to book more than one room, think again and book Posh Pads - rooms are superb, onsite, underground parking and just a brilliant location. Depending on when you go, it can actually be cheaper than a hotel, we stayed in one of the penthouse suites with a large balcony and the place was immaculate and its just so good having separate bedroom(s) a living room and kitchen, not that we did much cooking.

My daughter is in her second year of Uni in Liverpool and we will be using Posh Pads every time we visit now. In fact, we have already booked a 2 night stay at the end of August in the newly refurbed - The View apartment, place looks great and we are looking at staying in June but looks like the place is already full its that popular.

The bar & restaurant, Albert Schenke on the ground floor is a really nice bar and a great stop off or start point for your day out.

We stayed a night at Posh Pads, and I think you will be hard pressed to find better value for money for accommodation in Liverpool.

For almost half the price of a four-star hotel, you get a full apartment with a separate living room which usually includes a kitchenette with all the appliances you need. It's great for families (especially if you intend to or need to do some cooking), and for longer stays as the apartments come with a washer.

The service is largely excellent, and the apartments are clean. The beds are comfortable, though I wish there were options for apartments with larger king sized beds (there might be but I missed the option).

Loved it! Apartment was beautiful and requested a balcony - got one even though they are limited so group was happy. Central to everything. Bar downstairs was lovely. Security on reception after 10pm which makes you feel very safe
