The breakfast was self service with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked a bargain at £6per person. we didnt eat in the evenings as we headed into the city but everyone we spoke with in...

All reasonably hotels (travelodge, premier inn etc) were very expensive the weekend we travelled, so decided to look just outside. Position - The hotel was an £8 taxi ride from city centre. Parking - Free parking, although their carpark was full, there was plenty of room on the street and it felt safe enough there. Service - The staff were...

Absolutely disgusting hotel! All three rooms that we booked stunk of smoke, beds dropping to bits, rooms filthy and certain staff were so rude. When we complained about our rooms the staff knew exactly what rooms we was talking about which meant that they knew their cleanliness is awful. Wouldnt surprise me if the hotel didn't even have any cleaning...

Bed was really comfy though! Drink selection in the bar was great and the restaurant looked lovely. My nights sleep was horrible as...

came here for a girly birthday weekend.... we had 2 twin rooms and one apartment for 6 people. ALL rooms smelt like people had been smoking in them, the floors were dirty, a bed in one of the twin rooms was broken. In one of the twin rooms the wardrobe smelt like mould. We complained about the big apartment smelling...

Badly in need of maintenance - been updated, but on the cheap! Bedside lamp broken (looked as though someone had used it in a fight! however, friendly Receptionist duly replaced when asked). After a night disturbed by bright outside lights, disappointing to find the shower was a miserable dribble until I squeezed the flimsy rubber shower hose connection (ugh!). Sink...

Booked two twin rooms for one night. For £90 per room, per night, I expected a shower that did more than dribble, a loo with a flush that worked, a fridge that actually got cold, a sink with a plug which you could actually get out! Breakfast, at an extra £6, was ok, but if it says "freshly brewed filter...
