I spoke to a friend who had recently been to Berlin about glass doors or walls in bathrooms. Even frosted glass can be seen through to some extent. Why would anyone want to be seen using the toilet or the shower? I would definitely not want to stay in a hotel where I did not have total privacy in the bathroom.
