Property's Favourite Review
Very friendly reception staff, great apartment ( ours was quiet at nights as it was at the back of the building, it was hard to believe you were in the city centre - so a lovely sleep). Everything was clean and fresh, very comfortable beds - even the sofa bed! A great location for a City Centre break in Liverpool, minutes away from lots of activities \ attractions, bus & train stations. Plenty of room for 5 adults.

This is a great place to stay. It has eveturning you could possibly need.Apartments are bright and spacious and very clean. It's close proximity to the city centre and train stations make it an enviable place to stay. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It also has a locker room to store your luggage of you arrive early or after you check out. Would highly recommend Staycity Apartments .

1 bedroom apartment was large and well furnished. Facilities in kitchen were good. Washer and dryer in room was incredibly useful on a long trip.
Parking was accessed by street behind which was a little challenging to find.

+1
We stayed for 4 nights and while it is a nice centra location they really need to look at how they service the rooms.
Main bedroom was tiny so no way that at 6th 2in I could sleep in that bed. The bed in the living room was an alternative although not ideal.
Rooms are tiny and drawer and hanging space is at a premium.
Very loud in a Sat night both externally and within the apartments.
Fact that the room was not cleaned once during the four days was a real negative and the same interns of fresh towels and bedding.
Location is great for city centre, staff at the front desk helpful but they need to focus on the rooms.
Lot of space wasted within the apartments. Okay at best.

On arrival, the whole reception smelt like cigarette roll ups as did the staff.. the ladies behind reception couldn’t be less welcoming. Looking us up and down when we arrived and tutting at us when we asked to check in (20 MINS) early.
We then walked to the apartment.. the lift was all dinted inside like someone had been thrown through it.. didn’t look safe. Then the whole place feels like a uni halls.. got to the apartment and it had huge holes in the walls like someone had been fighting in there and maintenance couldn’t be arsed to fix it so they just patched it up with plaster and left it.
Bedrooms absolutely boiling and very small.
When we went to cook in the morning, the oven didn’t work. We ran down to reception in our pjs and asked the lady with a face like an angry bull dog how to work it and she started with her tutting again that we dared to interrupt her morning catch up with one of the house keepers. ‘HAVE YOU TURNED IT ON’ no love didn’t try that, thanks for the useful info :)
Asked a house keeper on the hall way of the apartment who couldn’t be more helpful and came in and messed around with a few buttons to get it started.. something to do with having a timer on??
Anyway, I wouldn’t waste your money. The place is a good location but the reception staff can’t be bothered with anyone and would rather smoke fags all day and socialise with each other and the rooms are battered!! Looks like a really old uni halls inside. The upkeep of the place is very poor all in all.. won’t be coming again

We arrived on a Friday and stayed until the Sunday. Check in and check out was efficient and the staff were very friendly and efficient with exellent customer service qualities. The apartment was near the bus station where we were arriving to and was central and easy reach to where we wanted to go. The apartment was superb and we were upgraded on arrival to a 2 storey apartment, which had 2 bedrooms and three bathrooms it was amazing and a lovely surprise. There were coffee and tea facilities and a large kitchen however we only used the coffee and tea facilities as we ate out, however if we were staying longer next time we would definitly use them. Everywhere was clean and tidy spotless bed sheets and towels. Just home from home for a couple of nights. Just would like to say that we will definitly be back at some point. Thank you for a lovely stay. My son just loved it and we were sad to leave.

We brought our two kids over and I have to say I wouldn't of stayed anywhere else from the moment we checked in until the minute we left the staff couldn't have been any nicer. The place is spotless had everything you could possibly need so comfortable, perfect location made our trip so easy and smooth. Our eldest daughter loved it had her pamper every night chilling out on the balcony. We have a 2 year old so having the kitchen where we could cook clean and plenty of room for her to run around and explore was great. We will certainly be back. The staff just made our experience all that better thank you so much. I'm one happy mammy.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Easy to book online and can pay before travel or whilst at the property, Check in was straightforward as checked in online before arrival. All staff we met were friendly and helpful, Beckah upgraded our room which we were grateful for and she was pleasant and helpful. Jackub was apologetic when our dishwasher would not work as was unable to be fixed due to needing a new part but again the staff tried to deal with this immediately. Falon made our check out an easy process and luggage able to be stored when arriving early and leaving after check in and out and stored securely The apartment was clean, tidy well stocked the nespresso coffee machine was a welcome addition. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Beds were comfy. upkeep of the property was good maintenance on site. The apartment was very central and next door to brunch and cocktail club for food and duke street market across the road both good. Mayflower Chinese restaurant also across the road didn't try this. Close to liverpool one and the Albert Dock and museums and Tate Gallery. Definitely recommend Duke street as it has everything and the staff are a credit to the management.

Central location, only 4-5 minutes from Albert Dock, 200 yards from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants on every street. Free upgrade to a Penthouse suite! Fabulous views from the huge terrace. Secure on site parking was a godsend (£15 per night, bit steep but, what price for peace of mind?) 50 yards to the lifts. Full kitchen was perfect for the family.
Will definitely book again.

We arrived on Wednesday to check in were offered a upgrade which was nice from 1 bedroom to 2 which declined at first until we realized room was too small for 4 people so got the upgrade we got to the room and the room was dirty with beds not being made and dishes on the counter and sink. We went to reception and explained the situation to which they were very apologetic and gave us a new room which was great to stay in and had everything we needed. Even though we had a mess up I'd still recommend here and will stay again a simple mistake didn't ruin anything
