Detailed Reviews
Staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. They are engaging and enthusiastic about Liverpool Football Club. Our 16 year old daughter amazed by the hotel. The room was spacious, warm, modern and very clean. There were lots of USB and plug charging points. The shower remained hot for the 3 of us. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, body wash in the shower and hand soap on the sink. The tea and coffee tray was fully stocked and included bottled water. The continental breakfast was lovely. There were lots of choices and it was clean and the staff restocked constantly. The downstairs bar was stunning with lots of memorabilia and the staff were more than happy to share their knowledge and enthusiasm. Would love to visit on a game day (I think!) and experience the bar and outside terrace in full force. Would be a brilliant place to book if you wanted to host a party. Will certainly follow the programme of events and hopefully attend a few. The hotel backs onto Stanley Park and is minutes from Anfield and a short walk to the other football stadium, which you can clearly see from the rear windows. Thank you to everyone who made this birthday treat special.

Five stars for location in close proximity to Anfield and the friendliness of the staff.
Otherwise a little too basic for us, only 2 hangers on a wall bracket so nowhere to store the clothes we had brought for going to work next day.
The bed had two single duvets and the pillows were very uncomfortable.
No furniture and only one chair in the room and no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion provided. The room and ensuite were very clean.
Breakfast items were good quality and individually boxed/wrapped but we do expect a cooked breakfast in UK hotels. Coffee for breakfast was just Nescafe sachets.
However it is still five stars due to the location and the very friendly staff.

Stayed at Hotel TIA for one night 03/09/20 with my grandson as we were doing the Anfield tour and museum.
Hotel is easy to find and a very short walk from Anfield
Parking at the front of the hotel and when you walk to Anfield you pass the Jordan Henderson and Trent Alexander Arnold murals on the way
Check in was easy, our room was really nice, comfy bed, nice bathroom and shower, plenty of plug sockets and charging points, tea, coffee etc
Luckily for us the hotels bistro had opened the previous night so I’d booked a table in there on the night. The food was lovely, plenty on the plate and really excellent value for money
Had a few beers in the bar which is full of LFC memorabilia plus there’s a big beer garden with plenty of seating.
Only downside was that from our window we could see Goodison Park 😂😂
Defiantly look to stay here again and most importantly my grandson loved it

Hotel TIA, wow, it's the most welcoming, smoothly planned match day experience. Having booked through Christine, meeting the rest of the team including her sister and also the absolutely legendary Karen Gill this was such a friendly, warm and relaxing experience, with a well stocked bar and balcony before sitting inside for food and the match.
This visit was for Liverpool's final in Paris, and I preferred the idea of going local than travelling to Paris. There was pre-match live music (Jamie was there obviously but has performed previously. Andy did a great job of building up the crowd in the garden/open area below from our balcony).
Then we were treated to a guest visit from Phil Neal, and there he was interviewed by Karen, who recalled her own stories of having the great Shanks as her grandad. Between them we were really well entertained before a dinner and ready for the match.
My friends, who also felt a little bit too old for wandering around Paris, were so glad they chose this as an alternative experience. Plenty of supporters in the intimate venue, locally, from Ireland, Norway and it was a really friendly atmosphere. I'd do this again for a birthday pre-match experience as it's real value for money when you consider the alternative of Liverpool FC official hospitality costs.

Loved my stay here. The staff were so friendly and the room was modern and clean. Love the decor and the TV even had Netflix on it. Had numerous plug sockets for charging which was amazing & had a fan provided (which was needed because it got rather warm). It just felt luxurious & I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. My pictures are just screenshots from a video I took hence the poor quality so it doesn't quite do the room justice!

We went to the Hotel for an evening meal family of 5, absolutely amazing visit from start to finish.
We had been to the Liverpool legends game I had already arranged for us to call in for food as I had see photos of the food and it looked fabulous so I wanted to go try it and what a perfect opportunity probably a 2 minute walk from the ground.
Walked in through the door and were welcomed with open arms, nothing was too much trouble at all and the food was absolutely amazing everyone said it was the best food they'd had ever, 2 had steak, 2 had burgers and I had the chicken ceaser salad and everything was better than perfect, so perfect that if I ever go out for food again I'm willing to travel here just for food it really is that good 💖💖💖💖xxx

A party of 2 up from the south, for a weekend of football. We had a twin room booked, but before arriving we were told some changes had been made, this resulted in being moved to a fantastic (and brand new by the looks of it) 2 bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, and double bathroom/ shower. Staff, especially Christine, were brilliant, really friendly and helpful, even going as far to have an Everton themed birthday ballon waiting for me! (It’s a LFC hotel) for other football fans, it’s on Anfields doorstep, and only 10 minutes from Goodison park, if you want to see a proper English heritage stadium, with a nice walk through Stanley Park.
Absolutely no complaints about this stay, I would highly recommend and will be checking availability there first for future stays in the city of Art…. And EFC..

Hotel was very clean and we got a quiet room as requested. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were given an electric fan due to the hot weather. The tv didn’t work however they were having problems with the aerials and this was due to be fixed. Highly recommend staying here. Within a few minutes walking distance of Anfield Stadium

Lovely place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely coming from someone that does not eat breakfast. Nothing was too much for us to ask for. Very lucky to get to this hotel as it gets very busy on match days
