Just returned from a one night stay in one of the BridgeStreet, 2 bed apartments (902).
I can not recommend this place enough. Underground secure carPark, 24 hour reception, amazing location and spacious apartment.
We arrived early and the room was ready so managed to have an early check in. Staff were helpful and friendly. Spent the day shopping and eating in Liverpool which is an amazing City. Tesco express is just around the corner for any shopping essentials but to be fair the apartment was equip with toiletries, coffee/tea, washing up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets. Would definitely return and would recommend. Loved having a room that was high up, less noise and had a good view of the city.

This was my second stay, to visit friends. I had originally booked before COVID-19 and lockdown. Booking.com refused to refund my stay, and were very unhelpful. I managed to speak to the bookings manager here, called Ian , who arranged for me to stay in August, after lockdown , free of charge 😊 They were honouring all bookings which had been cancelled due to lockdown. Such a wonderful man who bent over backwards for me. He kept in contact and as soon as I was ready to book I just emailed and he arranged everything. All of the team here are so helpful, on reception this year was the lovely Claire who couldn’t do enough for us, and we always stopped for a chat going in and out. Apartments are extremely clean, and with new Covid measures rooms are cleaned and sealed which made us feel safe. Our room was on the 8th floor with a fabulous view of the Docks and the Liver Building. The rooms are large and spacious, and kitchen area has everything you need. A real home from home feel. Everything is within walking distance, with the shops and restaurants literally on your doorstep. Do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you Ian and Claire you are a real asset to the team

Thank you for a fantastic review. Ian was the one that decided to offer the ability to move a non-refundable rate if affected by lockdown so deserves the praise that you have heaped on him. Likewise Clare is a great whirlwind of positivity and brightens up the day when you speak to her. Look forward to seeing you again soon. Regards Bridgestreet

Absolutely amazing stay. Staff were extremely helpful and room was excellent. Interior was modern and very clean. The location is ideal as it is right in the middle of Liverpool one and is 7 minutes walk from all Major bars and restaurants. Definitely worth the price. Only thing stopping a 5* review is the failure to mention that £250 holding deposit they take when checking in at the property. I searched all of the information on Airbnb and also their website prior to booking. The only information given about this was the £125 pet cleaning fee and a potential deposit being taken for big groups of stag/hen parties, to which we were in neither of those brackets. Overall, this was the only issue we had with Cove. A very nice stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Bridge street apartments are in the best location if you visiting Liverpool ,the receptionist was also very friendly which is the only positive about these apartments.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was clean but the bedrooms are extremely tiny which spoils it and would put us off staying again. The doors are all fire doors which are not soft closing so slam shut every time which gets annoying and the kitchen / living space are so old and dated . We payed a very low price so I guess you can’t have it all however next time I would rather pay that little bit extra and stay at the posh pads just around the corner and have a little Luxury

Dear 410michaelav, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our property. I am pleased that you felt the staff were friendly and the apartments were clean. The furniture was due to be changed during a planned refurbishment in May and for obvious reasons that has not happened, but we are now working on each apartment in a longer running refurbishment program. Unfortunately the size of the bedrooms is out of control but I do agree with you that the 02 apartment bedrooms are tight. To make them larger we would need to use just one single bed rather than double and that does not work for most people. I am aware that the fire doors can be annoying but they are a legislative requirement as we are a high rise and having seen the effects of a smoke damaged lounge where the hall and bedrooms were totally unaffected, I also see their worth. It is a tough one but it is not something that we can remove. Once again thank you for you honest review and hopefully you will be back in Liverpool soon. Even if you decide not to stay with us it is just so important to have visitors enjoying the city and supporting our tourism efforts. Regards Bridgestreet.

These apartments are fantastic, my family and I had a tight budget, and couldn’t believe our luck when we unlocked our door! It was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, had a washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, comfy beds with fluffy pillows and night quality duvets. They even had proper bath sheets, so You could get dry properly after a power shower. Perfect location too. No taxi’s required, you are within walking distance to anywhere you could possibly want to go.

We were especially impressed with the staff. They couldn’t do enough to keep us happy, everyone seemed happy in their jobs and had fun while they worked. They recommended things for us to do, places to eat, cracked jokes and even delivered sugar and loo roll to our room first thing in the morning, so we didn’t have to go to reception in our PJs.

I wish they had these apartments in every city, I’d never look anywhere else.

We had a lovely 1 bedroom apartment located on 1st floor. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher and a washing machine have been included. The apartment was spotless and had a very comfy bed too. The only downside would be a lack of air conditioning for summer months but we were able to get the use of a fan from reception for our stay which was great. Brilliant location for visiting shops and the many tourist locations. Be prepared for a bit of noise outside if you have the windows open but it’s a small price to pay for being in such a central location. We would definitely recommend these apartments for a visit to Liverpool.

What a fabulous spot!

From our arrival into the underground car park up until we left a couple of days later the staff at Cove couldn’t have been more helpful.

We booked a 2 bed apartment with sofa bed for a short family break and it was perfect. The apartment was superb, lots of room and really clean ( couple of bits that could have been cleaned better in the bathroom though). No bedding was left for the sofa bed however resolved in seconds by a quick call to reception which is staffed 24/7. We were on the top floor which meant great views out over the city and it was lovely and quiet.

You won’t find a better location anywhere in the city - this is perfect for shopping or eating out and is so much simpler than hotels!

Thank you to all the staff, we will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!

This establishment is relatively new I understand having only recently opened its doors in July 2021. Put simply, they should have kept them closed for those wishing to enjoy a leisurely stay.
We stayed for one night in September 2021 for a friends getaway. We arrived and all was well until we returned home after our evening out in Liverpool. We were greeted by what I can only describe as an obnoxious and ignorant night staff member who I beleive is named Fran. We were told we were too loud and ordered to pack our bags at 2am in the morning. We were by no means loud. We were actually greeted by this as we exited the lift after having not spoken in the journey up to our apartment.I think we were pre judged.
I also understand that this apartment also has full time tenants which is the reason for the ‘house rules’ being issued upon arrival. I can appreciate this but can confirm it just doesn’t work! You cannot accept groups of people on hen and stag parties whilst based in city centre and expect parties not to be drunk or loud. Whilst we were checking out l, we also found that a separate hen party had also received the same treatment unnecessarily. After speaking with Fran to understand why it was we were being thrown out onto the street and subjected to threats by a security guard named Mohammed we managed to actually sleep at the establishment we had paid nearly £400 for but I’m the condition that we were treated like children and orders to complete a period of 10 minutes silence whilst staff members patrolled the corridor outside our room. Just for our own peace of mind, in the morning whilst getting ready to leave, we left some of the party in the room whilst mopping for a cigarette. No noise could be heard transferring into the corridor. (This was before we’d passed the fire door between us and reception which undoubtedly muffled any slight noise even further). Long story short, the staff that greeted us in the day and the following morning whilst we complained, we’re more than helpful. Fran and Mohammed on the night shift spoke and treated our party with such little respect it was a sheer insult and purely for this reason I would not stay here again. If cove paradise wants repeat custom, I suggest a review of your personnel.

Hi there, As stated when speaking on the phone with the lady who booked this reservation, we are a strict no party hotel due to long term guests living on site. Noise outside the hours of 10pm and 8am should be kept at a minimal especially in communal areas. We state a no party policy on our website, however that is the responsibility of the guest to read before booking. I'm glad that this was understood and resolved with the lead guest on the phone. All the best, Cove Team

This hotel is in such a great central location with easy access to all the local amenities Liverpool has on offer.

The apartment is very well thought out and has everything required in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were comfortable and had nice bathrooms with showers and a bath, including toiletries that smelt Devine with fluffy white towels.

The staff are exceptional and make you feel so welcome on arrival, including towards our dog who was given some doggy treats and a water bowl on arrival.

As there was three of us we were offered a free upgrade which was greatly received and very much appreciated.

I will definitely be revisiting and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We stayed here as it was the prime location, staff initially were very friendly and helpful. Later we came back after a night out to what I can only describe as an absolute nightmare!!
We were greeted as soon as the lift door opened to a lady saying there were no rooms on that floor.....our response was our room number which was on that floor!
Her response to that was your being loud you need to be quiet as people live here.
On that we consciously kept our noise down and spoke between ourselves in the apartment.Less than 5 minutes later we had someone banging very harshly on our door ( a lot louder than we were talking).
Again we were told we were being too loud and we had 20 minutes to get our things together as they were chucking us out........all this was genuinely just for talking!!
The night staff here were not only very intimidating but actually very patronising!!
Our friends managed to diffuse the situation after being intimated by two members of staff and two members of security to then be told we had to go to our room and be silent for 10 minutes!!!!
I feel deeply let down by this accommodation and feel they should not be both commercial and residential as it clearly doesn't work , this was not a cheap night and I will not visit here again.
