I think so or you can borrow one from reception. We didn't need one so don't remember for certain! Reception very friendly so give them a ring if this is important to you. 0151 232 2200

Yes there is a courtyard to smoke, I believe Parking is available at an extra cost

The wifi is 100megs coming into the building but is shared. It is not something that is ever complained about but it is not fibre optic either.
