I work for the NHS and was very grateful to take up Pembroke Studios on their kind offer to stay in their hotel for free during the pandemic in order to isolate and protect my family.
Each studio is completely self contained, with fully stocked bathroom and kitchen. There was even a corkscrew... something I don't even own personally. Laundrette facilities on site were fantastic.
The staff couldn't do enough for us and I'd just like to say thank you to Roland for all his help during this time.
Pandemic aside pembroke is a great place to stay as a hub to see Liverpool. The city centre is a five minute walk and there are buses directly outside if that is too much time. Lime street station is very close. The rooms are clean, excellently maintained, and have pretty much everything you need.

We are currently staying at the Pembroke studios for a few nights and these studios are very spacious and faultless. Easy check in and gentlemen on reception very approachable and informative if needing any information. Very modern and spotlessly clean. Absolutely everything has been thought of to make our stay pleasurable. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels, toiletries ,tea coffee and even hot chocolate. There was also complimentary cans of pop and water in the fridge.
Highly recommend these studios, we come to Liverpool regularly and we wish we had come across these studios sooner, we will definitely be returning in the future.

We stayed in the Pembroke Studios for my partners 40th birthday, we checked in after a short 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street station and found our room spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need ....we never used the cooker but the kitchen area was well stocked if you wanted to cook.
The host was really friendly and dropped us off a little treat due to it being a 40th birthday trip.
Its only a 10 minute walk to the train station and probably 20 to Albert Docks....Liverpool is a fantastic city too.
I would highly recommend these studios nothing bad to say at all.

Pembroke studios has very kindly provided my colleagues and I who are front liners, accommodation during this pandemic. I couldn't be more grateful for the kindness they have shown us during these tough times. The facilities were amazing and the staff were very helpful. It has definitely made living away from home so much easier.

These studio apartments are excellent. I've stayed twice and I will be back again. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and provide excellent customer service. The studios are spotlessly clean, the cleaners obviously care about what they are doing. You are provided with a well equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fan, TV, plenty of clean towels and toiletries. You are also left some bottles of water, cans of pepsi, biscuits, tea, coffee, hot chocolate,milk and even a bag of sweets! Being in L3 you are minutes from Lime Street station and the city centre.

A significant number of NHS colleagues and myself were provided with accommodation at Pembroke Studios during the pandemic of 2020. The studio apartment was immaculate and self contained. I found it to be a safe & secure environment.
The location was ideal. It was peaceful and pleasant. The general manager Roland was very helpful and easy to contact re: any potential issues that may have arose. The hotel was clean & tidy. Staff were pleasant & polite and it was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre.
To all the staff & owners I'd like to thank you for providing such wonderful accommodation in such circumstances. It allowed my colleagues & I to focus on our work, safe in the knowledge that our families weren't at greater risk during the pandemic, thanks to the owners & staff at Pembroke Studio apartments.

Fabulous studio ten minute walk from Lime Street Station. Spotlessly clean, double bed. Microwave oven small fridge, freezer. Kettle, shower room. Plenty of pure white bedding and towels. Hairdryer iron and board. Perfect for our 4 night stay. Water and coke supplied on arrival. The General Manager was first class and his cleaning staff went above and beyond they call of duty.
For the price we paid it was exceptional.

Excellent accommodation with easy self check in after 5pm. We have stayed here twice now and on both occasssions found it to be clean, comfortable and very quiet. The rooms were well equipped with full kitchen facilities. The tea, coffee and biscuits were restocked daily. It was also a nice touch to find complimentary cans of coke and bottles of water in the fridge. This could become our regular stay in Liverpool.

Very nice and comfortable apartment for a business stay.
Damian is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel welcome straight away.
I had to check in after hours but the email with instructions I received was also very clear so self check-in was very easy.
Location is a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street station and a short 8-10 minute walk into the city center. There is a Tesco across the street where you can buy things for in your fridge.
The only con maybe was that there is no bed light next to the bed, only the big one on the ceiling which is kind of bright at night. I solved this by putting on the desk lamp and pointing it towards the ceiling of a little softer light. But you have to get out of bed to turn that off
Other than that very good value for money

Great location under 15 minute walk to the Cavern and 1o minutes from Lime Street station. Room was clean and suitable for the 2 of us. A nice touch as they left some water and Pepsi in the fridge for us! Damian was helpful and friendly on reception and the issue with the shower was resolved when we were out during the day

The TVs are not smart TVs, however if you have a laptop and a HDMI cable you can connect your laptop to it and watch your Netflix movies on the tv.
It's down where the Hilton hotel is across from the docks. Come out at john lewis and it's right there
