What a lovely hotel, Pleasant staff lovely room and good food, in the heart of Liverpool, we were made to feel very welcome here nothing was a problem for the staff, lovely place 10 out of 10. far better than the Hilton were we normally stay.

Just returned from Liverpool stayed here Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family loves to travel a lot so we chose to stay here and we are glad we stayed in this hotel. The receptionist were so friendly and polite. The staff here are friendly and the riverside location is good; and it's not that far from the city centre shopping. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller, with the shower rail set unbelievably high. If you had any amount of luggage, then you would find yourself stepping over it, as there was no space to store it....
