As the title says, this is the best premier inn we have stayed in, staff was lovely, the room was very clean and bed was so comfy, I never normally sleep well in a new bed but this time I slept wonderful. I love that there was also free onsite parking which was one of the main reasons we booked this the hotel. Many thanks for a wonderful stay and if we ever visit Liverpool again this is where we will stay!

Excellent hotel. Great location. Value for money. Breakfast is like a cattle market & not worth the money. They seem to get a lot trade for breakfast for the football games Why I don’t know the worst breakfast experience

Excellent premier inn. Very clean. Polite staff who gave us advice on where to visit. The beds were comfy with extra pillows provided. Nice big bath which you could actually relax in. Very quiet aswell even though it was fully booked Would recommend this place highly. Definitely going to return

Great location, very friendly staff, tired decor and potholed car park. To be honest, its our Premier Inn of choice when we attend Everton matches. And even more than that, the bacon at breakfast is BY FAR, the best bacon I've ever had. I always rave about it, but its incredible. I hope they'll do this place up soon as I like the staff and they really go the extra mile.

Upon arrival, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They told us about the package deal for dinner and breakfast which was ideal for us. The room was as expected, clean, well presented and no issues at all

Very clean and comfortable hotel, and the staff are truly amazing. The reception girls are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast team do a great job despite it being very busy. The chef breckie Pete was very accommodating and cooked my eggs exactly how I liked them. We will most definitely be staying again when visiting family. There is also a fast electric car charging in the pub opposite

The hotel itself is great and we've stayed countless times. This time around the beds seemed a little less comfy though. We were woken by other guests at 5:30am which wasn't ideal. We'd maybe consider staying again but not certain

All members of staff were very welcoming and accommodating especially Michelle on the front desk who always had a smile and greeted you each time you walked in and out. Also special mention to Mo who ensured my towels and room was spick and spam every couple of days. Over all it was a pleasant experience which made my two week stay thoroughly enjoyable.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Anfield and not far from the M62, as I was attending an evening FA cup game midweek and didn't want to travel to a hotel in the city centre. The hotel has free parking and is about a 40 minute walk to the stadium. The staff were friendly and very helpful with advice and information, the room was clean and comfortable and the facilities in the surrounding area, Harvester, Costa coffee and another pub across the road makes this hotel an excellent choice.
