Needed 3 nights to do Xmas shopping and chose the Dolby Hotel. We found it to be a 'Budget' Hotel chasing after the likes of Premier Inn and doing it very well thank you. Walking into the Hotel it appears clean and fresh and has helpful and friendly staff. The bedroom first impression is budget due to an open clothes...

Fairly basic twin room, but had everything my daughter and I needed for an overnight stay. Closer than we thought to city centre and Albert Dock. The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranged a taxi for us in the evening, Would recommend and would stay here again.

This place was noisy, dated, cold and generally vulgar, the rooms are in dire need of a revamp and the booking system needs to be sorted out why if card details are supplied you can't take the payment until you have spoke to the card holder is beyond me. Sort it out!!!

Good efficient staff who made our stay enjoyable. the Hotel is 10mins to Albert Dock and the city centre on foot. The food is bar style. It was baltic outside so we warmed up every day with a tasty veggie soup and cheese Toastie!. All in All a grand place to stay in when you're visiting Liverpool

Stayed at this hotel during the last week of November. The hotel is located close to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Triple room was fairly small but it is something you overlook when you consider the price you pay. The room was very clean with all amenities included. It is very easy to book taxis as well from reception. Breakfast...

Clean and neat. Very friendly staff! The rooms aren't that small, more than adequate for a short stay. Plenty of towels and toiletries. The shower room is snug but if you want something, you have to pay more! Brilliant location fir the Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Free parking is a bonus! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having...

For a budget hotel you can't go wrong. It's friendly, clean and tidy, comfy bed, free parking and an easy walk into the city. I wouldn't recommend for a romantic night away but if you just need a comfy bed this place is perfect and very reasonable!

The room where we were stayed was very small for that price. It´s nice, everything is clear and inside it s very warm. The bed is nice too. The staff are friendly. Downstairs they have restaurant where we ordered food in the evening. Working until 10:00 PM. The food was tasty.
