Very friendly and helpful staf. Amazing location, near buses and tube. Room was very clean. Great brekfast, you can choose between many options. In the rooms there are both UK and european plugs. Hotel is near Holland park, which is worth visiting.

I stayed for 3 nights & I was solo....have to walk 20 mins from the tub central line...can transit to overground line which is only 5 mins walk to the hotel but the journey is so quite & dark & it's not open on Sunday. Room amenities are limited & there's no Aircond at all...i have to open the window...

I booked this for one night before a course in London. My most important factor was cleanliness. I was so pleased to find a small room that had everything I needed and was very clean and quirky. Despite being just off reception it was quiet thanks to a double door. The bathroom was tiny, but clean and functional. The bed...

We enjoy the time what we spend in London visitors hotel. Good customer service everything was clean. Maybe a little bit narrow but for this money it was more than enough! Really good quiet area with stores pubs and park. Not so far from first zone, we was walking and enjoying view but if you don't like walking it's a...

I stayed here a few weeks ago with a friend of mine. Check-in was quick and efficient. Receptionist on duty was very friendly and informative. We got a twin room which was lovely, clean and it had plenty of space for two. All staff were polite and friendly, hotel WiFi worked perfectly and the breakfast every morning was superb. Hotel...

We stayed here for 5 nights. They gave us small room under the stairs next to the receptionist rooms. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from Stepherd Bush station or High Street Kensighton, also you have few minutes away bus stop with many buses. + free tea between 5-10 pm +good breakfast -smell in the room -ripped towels

The hotel is in a great location: 2 min walk to Kensington Olympia Overground station. Great variety of restaurants in the neighborhood. The Design Museum is a short walk. Quiet Neighborhood. Breakfast: simple but varied of breads; good ham, salamis, cheese. Cereals also modest but good. Our room was ready before official check-in--BONUS! Friendly staff. When booking, make sure to...

We were delighted with the accommodation in the studio 24/9. Quirky with its mezzanine - great for the kids, but a tad low for tall people. Lovely and clean, well equipped and warm in winter. Great value for money; I'd recommend this to anyone needing a budget stay in central London.

Very charming, with helpful staff. Walking distance to bus and underground. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was a bit on the sugary side, but still good. The lounge cosy, warm, and beautiful.

Excellent base to explore London and see the sights. Clean, well appointed and close to a station, shops supermarket and olympia. Ample breakfast. The rooms are small- but hey- the clue is in the name - Visitor hotel. If you want a base in semi central London for less than £80 (100 Euros/$) per night, with breakfast, to get your...
