After a long haul flight from Australia with two small children we arrived at this YHA and felt immediately welcome, warm and comfortable. The staff were friendly and although our room wasn't ready (it was 9am) we were able to freshen up, get a bite to eat and leave our luggage in the secure luggage room then go out for...

Stayed for 10 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Most staff were very friendly and down to earth. There was a good atmosphere in the common room, which was both relaxing and family friendly. Must admit beds were a little uncomfortable and the bathroom (although clean) did have a certain smell. All in all would be pleased to revisit...

I have stayed at the YHA for three nights in a four bed ensuite room. The location is very handy to the tube (about a three minute walk) and is a well run, clean and helpful hostel. The pizza and food bar is open 24 hours, as is the reception desk and the bar is open until 11pm. The room...

Room was comfy enough and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Also has a bar/cafe downstairs with great prices. Will definitely be back!

The hostel wasn't really easy to find, it was located on a pretty small street. There was only one toliet and one shower on each floor, so you can imagine the chaos in the morning... The toilets were very dirty, even for a hostel. The bedsheets were dirty, I don't think thats acceptable. I have been at better hostels in...

It was my last time to sleep somewhere else then my own bed (after 6 months). I was thinking to go to an expensive hotel, but couldn't spend the money. After some searching to get a good connection from LHT to the hostel I found this one. Good hostel, you can use your YHA card from New Zealand =D (DISCOUNT!!!)...

With all the good advices I read on the internet, I couldn't wait to try this hostel by myself and I wasn't disappointed at all ! The staff is very nice ! I came in too early to check-in so I left my suitcase in a luggage room. The access to the stairs/elevators/luggage room is secured by a card you're...

From the moment we arrived, the service we received was excellent. The prices were fair, the food was good, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. The beds were a bit small (my husband is 6'2'') and it was a bit noisy but we would highly recommend this hostel (we already have to a friend who is coming...

Hostel is well managed and even on weekends the noise at night is acceptable. A purpose built facility with a lift to access the higher floors. Cafeteria offers good Wifi. Tours can be booked at reception. staff friendly and efficient.
