I must admit to failing to read the reviews on this "hotel" before booking. Never again. My tiny room was 30ft from the platform at Turnham Green tube station and the noise from the trains was appalling. Trains did not stop running until after 1 o'clock and started again after 4 o'clock. Could not gat to sleep at all and...

What everybody else says, really. The "en suite" was so small it was difficult to close or open the door. The "piece de resistance" was that, like it or not, your breakfast (which you have to eat on the bed) comes with ready brewed tea in a cup, which you eventually realise has already got sugar in the bottom.

After reading a lot of negative reviews after booking I was very sceptical and worried I had made a mistake. WRONG! Considering the location and convenience I am surprised this place doesn't cost more. Very reasonably priced! Tube station literally next to the hotel and only 20 minutes into Central London. I booked 2 double rooms for myself and other...

The hotel has required support for your staying while in London. It is not a luxury place but has a good accommodation facilities and a decent breakfast. The reception is very supportive and may give you the support needed in regards to cabs and directions to help you get where you want to go.

This is by far the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed in, cramped and dirty room situated right next to the train station (perfectly fine if you want to feel like you are James McAvoy and in the film Wanted). I'd go as far as saying I have stayed in better hostels in all honesty. The ensuite felt like I was...

The Room was small, curtains falling down, very narrow on suite. Next door to tube station which was very convenient but very noisy. I've stayed in 2 star hotels before and they have had a bar/restruant. This was more like a 1 star hotel. The only good thing was the staff were polite and friendly

The only reason why i did not leave this hotel on first sight is that it was part of my birthday present weekend offered by my brother and sister and family. I am a hotel manager myself and i must admit that in my whole career i have never seen a hotel as dirty and run down as this one,...

This has to be the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in outside the fact that you can virtually get on the tube from your room the room was also very dirty and on one evening I was even rained upon during a thunderstorm while I was sleeping in my bed. The furniture and shower are a joke.

The hotel is very good value in a nice area next to the park and a zone 2 underground station. Clean, comfortable beds with tv and en suit. The staff are super nice warm and friendly and serve breakfast in bed

This is an absolutely awful hotel. Rooms are suitable only for a hunchback dwarf. So noisy due to the Tube being yards away. The breakfast is to be taken in your bedroom sitting on the bed! Rubbish piled up outside and one escape from the hotel blocked. It should be closed immediately as it is a danger to all who...
