I booked this hotel for me my daughter and my husband to stay in for 1 night. My husband was working in London for the Olympics and we were going down there for the night! Finally found the hotel and were immediately un-impressed with the fact that the name had changed from what it was online! Reception was smelly and... More

Punch yourself repeatedly in the face and try and get a bed in hospital for the night. A much better idea than staying at this awful flea pit. The shower has more stray hairs than a barber shop floor on a Saturday afternoon. On a positive note, there was a large mural of a French museum in reception that was... More

Where to begin?!.... Firstly...The room was disgustingly dirty. Not hoovered. not dusted and bathroom definately not cleaned in months. For example the skirting boards, pipes and sinks were covered in grime. The window we could barely see out of for grease! Secondly... the fixtures and fittings are appauling. Im no builder or DIY person but anyone could see the shower,... More

The most disgusting place we have ever been in. How they can get away with this filthy, unhealthy, flea ridden place they call a hotel, just astounds us. A real case of false advertising and we are sure the "good" reviews are rigged. No one in their right mind would ever give this hell hole a good review. We have written to the... More

I booked it because it was cheap and looked better (online) than the other 2 nearby. The guy on Reception was lovely - good start I thought. But nothing else lived it to that. The room stank of cigarettes (I hadn't been asked if I wanted smoking or non-smoking room so foolishly assumed it was non-smoking); had a tatty "rug"... More

We cannot believe this place is allowed to trade. We hoped the disgusting hall ways and condoms on the reception counter were something we could look past once we were in the room. Not so! The dark, dank hole they called a room was smelly, obviously had not been cleaned in some months, and had stained bedding. Now, we often... More

I hope by giving this review it might help someone, somewhere not to make the same mistake that I did. Simply do not stay here I am not a snob and can handle the basics but when you take your shoes off in your room and stick to the carpet it really does show how dirty this place is. I... More

Door didn't lock. Brown bed sheets. Sink leaked and drips went on my feet. Bathroom smelled of urine. Hairs in fridge. TV broken. Window did not block out ANY outside noise. Obscene decor. If I weren't alone it would have been a laugh but on your own its just not nice at all. Was without towels and mugs on the... More

We booked a double room for 4 nights in this hotel on the internet and received a confirming e-mail. When we arrived there, the manager told us the hotel was full that night and sent us to another (Manor House), about 300metres further. He was very unfriendly and didn´t explain anything. Both hotels were the same level: with small, dirty... More
