The service was really good, employers are really helpfull and nice. The relation quality/price is really good and the location is in stratford, where is full of public transport to get to any point on the city. The atmosphere on the hotel was a bit old but as i said before, because of the prize is really good for London.

The (advertised) DVD player (which was actually built in to the TV) didn't work. The TV had a set-top aerial and only got 3 channels, fuzzily. The (advertised) room refrigerator - didn't work. The room was so small you could hardly squeeze between wall and bed. The bedding was torn and the duvet cover had what looked like cigarette burn... More

Please do not stay here. Me and my husband paid a deposit and booked for a 2 night stay. We arrived and initially thought that although it looked run down, the £100 price for 2nights seemed ok so we paid, and were given keys to our room. On our walk through the corridor we passed a drunk woman, and another... More

The hotel manager was very kind, but this cannot make up for the disgusting dump that we experienced. The place was the worst iv ever experienced. The bedrooms were very very smelly... More

After reading mixed reviews on here, myself and my partner decided to check this place out as we were going away for a Birthday weekend to London. On arrival, the hotel seemed okay.... but when we entered the room, it was clear that the carpet had not been hoovered. The carpet was shabby to say the least, and was also... More
