We had a 3 night stay in 2 suites during 1 week. The suites are comfortable and well appointed with quality fittings.Ideally situated with bus stop at front door and Thameslink, Overground and Underground within 5 minute walk. Situated on West End Lane quality restaurants abound and in a wide range of cuisines. The reception, while off site at 274,...

It was a great location and very nice and confortable stay. Plenty of bars/restaurants to eat. The main office is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Very helpfull staff and the room was worth every penny. Good shower, plenty of toiletries and you have a little kitchenette - if you fancy to stay in. Very pleased and I will...

We stayed at 198 for an evening. It was really close to the jubilee line and easy to find! The bars and cafés that are on West End Rd are lovely! The wifi didn't work in the room but the standard was good for a zone 2 place to stay for less than a £100 in London. I would go...

Booked this place for purposes of last minute convenience via booking.com. Great I thought, as no money taken at time of booking, so could settle on arrival. On route the vehicle being travelled in broke down and so cancelled the booking immediately online within 30 minutes of the booking being made, so I thought all was good. Looking at my...

First of all, the office location is way too far away from the actual apartments it was very confusing to someone assuming they were going to 198 - when really it's up at like 247. Secondly we arrived early (1pm) and we asked could we check in early, lady at desk did not check to see was our room ready,...

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night in January and found it to be very clean and tidy, and overall a nice place to stay. It was a bit of a pain having to walk up the road to get the keys, and when we got to the main front door, we couldn't figure out how to open...

We recently stayed in a 3rd floor, tiny room where the bathroom smelt of drains, the kitchenette that could not be used as the bed was too close to the doors, the electrics were faulty (flickering lights), bedding had brown stains and human hair on the duvet. There was no fire escape and in the event of a fire the...

Not happy with the greeting had to go 300 yards up the road for keys and then the door to apartments not well signed at all. I think I have been charged twice and when asking the receptionist she looked at my card and then processed it again without my permission Room is very compact and not like the picture...

We arrived and was treated with a pleasant smile but the room was the total opposite, the fridge door handle was broken, no glasses or cutlery for drinking/eating, and as my wife was drying her hair we had a power cut in the toilet no lights/hair dyer or anything! As we were leaving I rang reception to hear not even...
