After making a reservation for 5 nights for my visiting parents from Canada, Mary insisted it had been my error and showed that she had only written down 1 night - yes, she wrote it down! No computer or entry system in sight! She was extremely rude to us and put my parents (who both have arthritis) in a 2nd...

I stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip. The place looks like a house converted to a hotel. I got a big room on the ground floor, just behind the reception desk. The place is roadside so you'll definitely here vehicles driving by. I was also told that WiFi signal was better there. It was however fluctuating but...

The location of the guest house was great for getting around london as it was extremely near the tube station and the lady who welcomed us was pleasant and helpful. The room itself was functional, comfy bed and a nice size. However i had two problems, 1st. There was paint flaking to the paintwork above the bed which sometime broke...

So easy to get from, and back to the M1, just a few minutes drive. Not too far to walk to the nearest Bus and Tube station. So easy for the city. The bedroom was very clean and a beautifully comfortable bed. Mary was lovely as was her sister who cooked a brilliant full English breakfast. What more could you...

Me and my friend went over to London for 4 nights and stayed in this hotel. The two ladies simply could not do enough for us for our entire stay. The rooms were perfect and we had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay and would be highly recommending this place to anybody that would be interested.

We had come from Liverpool and explained to Mary we may be late but she was fine and very friendly. Fortunately we arrived on time and she offered to let me park in front of her vehicle which saved me worrying about trying to find a parking space. The room was clean and tidy and felt homely. There was tea...

I have stayed at this hotel, guest house to be precise on two occassions whilst attending the World Travel Market in London. I would say that your judgement of it will largely depend on the mood that you are whilst in London. Personally I stay here when I am on business, my schedule is hectic and I am in no...

After looking on the internet it stated "newly refurbished" we booked 2 x engineers in this B&B 1 x for 3 nights and another for 2 nights. The first night our engineer encountered a toe nail clipping in his carpet, the room had damp and mold in it. No cold running water as he was in the loft which is...
