Visited in September 2015 This hostel is a fair choice for budger travellers who don't search for the luxury and need some affordable place to spend the nights. We stayed in 4 beds female dormitory. Room was nicely equiped with IKEA bunk beds, covers and bed sheets were clean. Shared bathroom and toilets in the same floor. There were safety...

Good hostel within good distance to the city. Plenty of shops close by. Down stars bar is quite good and open late. Plenty of security. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Very friendly staff who are happy to help.

No. 8 is a great hostel. The cleanliness of the hostel is very good. The staff is quite friendly and very accommodating. The guests while during my stay were friendly and sociable. The pub downstairs has an amazing, eclectic group of patrons and they play a good mix of music. The neighborhood is lively and you can find plenty of...

The accommodation is a mix between a pub and a hostel. The sound from the pub can't be really heard from the hostel sleeping rooms at all and it is great to go to the pub after a long day of doing your best to look like a tourist in London. The hostel isn't really in central London but if...

This is the second No. 8 Hostel I've been to and both have been great experiences. You get an authentic London experience and get to meet all sorts of people from travelers to locals at the bar having a pint after work and of course the great staff that will help you with whatever you need. I'll definitely be back.
