I spent last Christmas in London with my family and it was a new kind of holidays we all enjoyed a lot. We went to the 69 The Grove because I've been there before and they all congratulated me for the place choosen. This B&B is a modern and quite place, also very clean and neat (also, you don't need...

From the moment they open the door, the warmth and exuberance of Kanley and David enfolds you-- very important in a city like London. Kanley's laugh and David's sweet smile is what makes me return again and again to 69 The Grove. They are close to the Vauxhall Tube Station, so it's a straight shot from Heathrow on the Tube....

Everything we read on trip advisor about 69 The Grove was spot on. This very quaint and comfortable B&B was a gem find in London. David and Kanley were fabulous hosts. My partner and I stayed here for 3 days and felt right at home. The rooms, although small, were clean and modern. The nicest surprise was the daily made...

The house is lovely and beautifully decorated. I could not have wanted for a more friendly welcome and great hosts. Nothing is too much. Breakfast was really wonderful. If youhave a good sense of humour then this is the place to be. A convenient location just 5min away from the tubes, trains and buses. Its great having a mini-bar and...

If you have seen enough large, expensive and annonymous hotels, than this is the place to go! A lovely atmosphere, great hosts and conveniently situated. The cup of tea I got offered after returning early from a meeting is the example of their welcoming attitude. My room was small, but comfortable. Great breakfast (full English) with fresh fruit every morning....

My room was very nice and comfortable, equipped with many cabinets and drawers. The house was very warm and the kitchen was very equipped! The location is fantastic because it is very central...

Like staying with long-lost relatives who were just delighted to have you, made delightfully generous breakfasts, greeted you with a cup of tea or coffee whenever you came back from an excursion, and kept an impeccably clean and well stocked room. A couple of small points that show how this B&B is different than any place I've stayed before: -...

I stayed here three nights on business. The Grove is a quiet little oasis - very near to Vauxhall Station yet it feels like a village, complete with its own vegetarian restaurant ! Coming to 69 felt like arriving to stay with old friends - David and Kanley have a perfect balance of attentive friendliness that never tips into intrusiveness....

I spent last weekend (25-27 Feb) at 69 The Grove with a friend. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean, modern and very quiet. The staff were friendly and talkative and breakfast was good. The b and b is located close to Vauxhall tube station which makes it easy to get to central London...
