We really enjoyed this place. It is so lovely, perfect for couples. Our room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Vauxall underground station is really close, about 5 minutes walking, and the quarter is very quiet. Kanley & David are really kindly and helpful. We felt like home with them, even if we have some problems with the...

You want a welcoming, friendly place that feels like home away from home - this is it. We arrived at 7am in the morning from the U.S. and were immediately welcomed by the owners, hot tea and coffee and an invite for breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious and shared with the hotel guests which made it much fun. The location...

We stayed for three nights and it was perfect, after a hard day visiting the city, a comfortable bed was all we asked and we rest perfectly, but when we woke up we had the best moments at breakfast with Kanley and David, great hosts and a gorgeous meal for starting the day in the better way.

This is THE REAL B&B I have in my mind. David and Kenley tried their best to make guests feel at home. I arrived 1 day earlier than I booked, due to my confusion about the time difference between UK and China. Quite lucky I still got an available room and warm welcome, otherwise I might need take my luggage...

This was our first B&B experience and now it won't be the last. It's a short walk south of the Vauxhall Tube station (Victoria Line) and we were pleased with the location. We weren't uncomfortable walking, except later at night (there's a busy pub near the Tube stn so we weren't walking on some deserted street). We got the 2nd...

We had such a wonderful stay! Our hosts were friendly and warm. Helpful in pointing us in the right direction whenever we needed something. The rooms were clean and fresh. Normal for London in size, but had everything you need and then some. Just a short walk to bus/tube. Bus was best (as recommended by our hosts) as you were...

Just returned from a fantastic 8-night stay at 69TheGrove. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, Kanley and the guys did everything they could to ensure that all of the guests were well-fed and attended to. Fantastic, fresh, full English breakfast every morning, spotless rooms, tea & coffee service with a fridge in the room, excellent wi-fi...

From the moment they open the door, the warmth and exuberance of Kanley and David enfolds you-- very important in a city like London. Kanley's laugh and David's sweet smile is what makes me return again and again to 69 The Grove. They are close to the Vauxhall Tube Station, so it's a straight shot from Heathrow on the Tube....
