Excellent service, opportunity for late check-in on nearby premises. Room clean, although rather cramped for two adults, two toddlers and our luggage. Kitchenette well-equipped. Excellent location. No lift.

Located in a nice quiet area, stayed in basement and was shocked at how small the room itself was. However the room was clean and well presented. For the 2 nights we stayed the size of the room was not a problem. Would not recommend to anyone staying for more than say 3 nights. All in all a rather pleasant... More

Stayed there for 6nights in October 2013. Was given the 'basement' room. Amenities in the room were OK, except for the bed which was quite uncomfortable. Plus side was, there's a small kitchen area for mild cooking activities. For the price we paid, it could do better with the bed, whereas for that tiny room size, can't say much as... More

this was one of the worst places I have stayed in London. The room was very small tired and extremely cold as well as being dated and uncomfortable. The cost was ludicrous don't be fooled by the sites photos the rooms are all way off the standard you are led to expect. there are no facilities the shower room is... More

The hotel is very well situated in a quiet area of Bayswater close to Central London. Located just a short walk from Queensway and Bayswater station. So you can be in the centre of London in a few minutes We had a nice big room in the ground floor with a rather new bathroom. The room was clean and everything... More

We stayed at the hotel to attend a gig nearby so we didn't spend much time in the room but it was prefect for what we needed. Having read it was hard to find we found it quite easily - there is no sign. The staff who welcomed us were friendly and efficient, our room was on the top floor... More

Took a while to find it. It's actually easy as you go past all the smart properties and your after the crappy looking one. No sign n looks rough. Took 10min to get in pressing the buzzer. So one in its all hi-tec... Or seems to be. It's redecorated but still bad. I was in the room shown on trip... More

The bed and the pillows were rock hard, we ended having to buy a couple of pillows as they only had hard ones. Rooms are fairly small but you'd expect that in a terrace hotel! Other than that, the staff were nice and friendly and the rooms had good amenities. One other point, the hotel doesn't have a sign outside... More

The hotel must just have been redecorated because it was realy clean and looked brand new inside. The rooms was big , free wifi and a nice bathroom. Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
