I found this hotel to be very accommodating. I loved getting my daily sweets from the reception. Nice and tidy. Great staff. I had a really comfortable 11 nights here by myself. Much love from Christchurch, New Zealand.

We stayed for one night in a family room. The room was awful, beds were like they never change the sheets. Bathroom...disgusting. The shower wasn't cleaned at all after the previous guests. We couldn't use the shower at all, was full of hair. Very disapointed...

in one sentence: u get what u payed for. not expensive, not impressive. the room was clean but small, the staff was very helpful. its 15 minutes fast walk from the tube station, but there are buses that runs at all times (from underground station, stop near the hotel). mind that there is no elevator in the hotel.

Visited London for a couple of days to attend a concert and see a play and the usual attractions. Wanted clean, basic and value for money accommodation. Stumbled across this place on Booking.com and was amazed at the low cost. Wasn't expecting too much but was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Two large beds....

Won't go into too much detail, however booked two rooms for one night. We arrived and could not get in, waited fr over an hour for another guest to let us in. Reception left us waiting whilst they were on a personal call, didn't really have a clue. Room was small for a double, couldn't walk around the bed, had...

Room was OK, staff were helpful and I was pleasantly surprised considering how inexpensive the room was. A bit of a walk from Shepherds Bush towards White City area but there were loads of buses going along the Uxbridge Road, and it would only have been five minutes or so from the tube.

When i arrived the receptionist was lovely and told me they had upgraded me to a double room, great i thought! However this was on the top floor and there was no lift. So after...

Staff were friendly, room was spacious (stayed in a double), clean and with good facilities - WiFi was pretty solid every time I connected, and the fridge was a nice touch and very useful given the recent heat! Location is good with a bus stop just a few yards away and is not too far to walk into Shepherd's Bush...
